This property is located in beautiful Lambton Shores. Only a few minutes walk from Ipperwash beach. With all amenities nearby or a short drive away.

This cottage is a fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and bunkie. Will sleep 5-6 people comfortably. It comes with a beautiful sunroom, fire pit, deck with BBQ and on site laundry.

So happy to have found this cottage for a weekend getaway. Great beach nearby with an awesome market on the corner. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Will definately come back!

Quiet neighborhood. We arrived late at night but the self check-in option was very convenient. Easy instructions and there was wifi but the not strong enough for streaming...not that we were there for watching tv in the first place. Pinery Provincial Park was our main focus and it's close by as are restaurant options. The cleanliness of this cottage was far superior to many other places I've stayed. Beautiful Beach nearby just minutes walk away. Fabulous water pressure and temperature in the shower. Fridge is very clean. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Mike for allowing us to enjoy your lovely beach town cottage we really enjoyed ourselves.

Sunset Pines was our “home away from home!” It was cozy, modern, clean, and well-stocked. There was even a nice basketball net at the back for the kids, bonus! Lots of little details made our stay so comfortable and memorable! I would definitely recommend.

Loved being among the tall trees. Distance to beach was not a problem for us. Quiet neighbourhood. 2 hour driving time to Windsor made it possible for family to come up for a couple of days each.

Cozy Stay in Ipperwash Beach, Ontario

Small but very cozy cottage in Ipperwash Beach. Communication with the host was exceptional throughout our stay. All of the amenities were provided including games, extra fire wood and even smores. The cottage is rustic on the outside but fully modernized inside. The TV was huge and came with Netflix, YouTube, Prime, Crave and live TV. All in all a great stay and we will strongly consider a return visit next summer.

Inside cottage was clean modern, loved the backyard for a badminton game, Tv was huge and enjoyed it, the bedrooms were hard to maneuver around and flooded yard due to heavy rainfall would preferred a full week with no rain but a good time, thanks
