"Group of ladies came and loved this little gem. Chip was a wonderful and gracious host. Fresh flowers and snacks were waiting for us! The history that comes with the property is amazing. Can’t say enough good things and would definitely stay again."

"Great place to stay if you are visiting SEMO or Cape in general. The owner was nice and flexible, making our stay so much better. I travelled with my 16-month-old, and the whole house felt safe and clean. Narrow stairs can be tough for older folks. But didn't concern us much, even with a baby. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. Highly recommended. "

"This property is easy to find, the location is so close to downtown. We both found the bed very comfy, the amenities were great. My husband met the downstairs neighbor and he was very nice. Oh and the water pressure in the shower was 100%! "

"Wonderful place to stay with something to do rain or shine! The pool was a little dirty but that is no fault to the host. Its surrounded bt trees and a storm had come thru. We plan to stay again!"

"We had the best girls’ getaway here! The place was super clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed, and the host was friendly and quick to respond. The location was perfect—lots of shops, restaurants, and even a spa all within walking distance. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot!"
