"My only problem was checkout.... there were a few of us lined up to check out or in.. but they kept taking people who wanted to checkout without lining up.. they just walked up and gave them their cards which still took time. They could have made a line for fast checkout instead of having polite people wait until they get pissed off. "

"Nice hotel and room. Disappointing that the pool, which is such a strong feature of this hotel was closed. Reception staff were quite aloof and not very welcoming. Not a big deal but just saying it as we found, great location for public transport, bus stop right outside."

"Great deal for the space and location. I got the deluxe queen and though small, it was enough for my needs. (Traveling 1 person total with 1 carry-on suitcase and 1 check-in suitcase). The room was clean and cozy and the bathroom was modern and updated. The AC was good, the staff was friendly. I didn't really use the common spaces but they looked nice (the lounge/kitchen/laundry room). They have a locked room where you can store luggage after you check out so that was nice. The location is great...
