Ground floor: living room, dining room with open-plan kitchen area, laundry room, and toilet.
1st floor: 1 master suite with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (160 cm), 1 single bed) with shower room and toilet, 1 bedroom (1 double bed (160 cm), 1 small bedroom (1 single bed), and bathroom with toilet.
2nd floor: large attic space spanning the entire attic (1 double bed (160 cm), 3 single beds) with bathroom and toilet.
Geothermal and electric heating.
Unfenced garden with an unfenced pond, indoor swimming pool (10m x 5m and 1.90m deep) available from May to October, sun loungers.
Decorative pinball machine in working order: may be used at the tenant's expense.
A cold lunch basket of local products can be provided (upon request from the agent) for the evening of your arrival or during your stay.
Sheets and towels are provided.
PLEASE NOTE: €100 surcharge for arrivals after 9 PM and €30 if you arrive 1 hour after the scheduled time. The owners have given free rein to their taste for thrifting and recycling to bring their finds and creations to life in this large house, in a contemporary, slightly industrial style. The result is a nonconformist cottage. Located in the countryside, the several-hectare property also includes Marie-Laure and Charles's second home. The surrounding area, which stretches between Perche and Pays d'Alençon, offers plenty of activity ideas: the greenway less than 2 km away, the Pays Mêlois lake, horseback riding or carriage rides, forests and their mushrooms, local produce... It's an ideal place to stay for a "tribe," to share with friends or family.

Only issue was lack of directions for the property from the local village. Hard to find without directions and owner was at the property ready to guide us but non of us had mobile signals

Beautiful Place

We had a great holiday at this Gite. Everything was perfect and the owner was very friendly. Our kids loved the pool and we were blessed with brilliant weather. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property

Excellent

Overall we had a great time, house was large and pool was amazing (we spent loads of time in there and the kids loved it). If I was being hyper critical I'd say the Wifi was a bit slow and the showers could have had a bit more water pressure but given we were in the middle of the countryside this feels unfair. Overall we really enjoyed our stay,

La piscine est très agréable y compris quand le temps n’est pas au rendez vous. L’environnement est magnifique et très ressourçant Une location que nous recommandons en famille et entre amis

tout était tres bien, la maison, les propriétaires sympathiques. les commerces ne sont pas loin. (petit bémol: juste 1 sac poubelle pour 4 jours)

Propriete conforme à la promesse ! Accueil chaleureux efficace et discret.

Jolie demeure à l’ecart du bruit pour un sejour au calme (wifi tres faible pour les geeks !) joliment decorée (melange de styles pour toutes les generations !) cette maison est ideale pour un sejour en famille avec enfants et petits enfants. A noter l’equipement de qualite. Rien be manque en cuisine, tv, meme un flipper en etat de marche moyennant quelques pieces.
