"The property is some distance away from the highway. We were aware of that and enjoyed the peace and quiet the location offered. Property is very nice both inside and out. Easy contact with owner. Reported we could not get the outside grill to light but this did not create an issue for us."

Very convenient location to walk to Bemus Point, short drive to Long Point State Park, Panama Rocks, Chautauqua Institute and Jamestown. Very clean and well maintained. The host was prompt in answering any questions. "

"We felt very welcomed in the home. Ours was a last minute reservation (within 24 hours of arrival) and things still went splendidly. The home is in a neighborhood and people waved at us; we appreciated that. The key code worked easily every time so coming and going was a breeze. The driveway is long so there is ample parking. You park right next to the front porch in front of the garage so access into the house is nearly effortless. There are about 4 steps up to the porch. The garden area is...
