"The property overall was terrific. My only issues were that there was only 1 light in the parking lot and security seems a little lax - you don’t need to use your keycard to access the elevator and it was easy for people to come in and out. Otherwise the staff was kind and helpful and the amenities were really nice. "

There was construction on one part of the hotel; however, they put our room far away and we didn’t hear any noise from it! The hot tub was broken but they were getting a part. "Everyone was so friendly Marcus and Ben at the front desk were extremely helpful especially on check in day after traveling for 16 hours straight. The breakfast was delicious every morning and they had great options. The rooms are nice and spacious and well thought out for guests to use. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. "

"The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. "
