"This cottage is as charming as it looks in photos…warm, clean, cozy and rustic chic like something out of a home decor magazine. The host greeted us on arrival and graciously invited us to enjoy the entire pristine grounds during our stay, including the stunning pool/ patio at the main house adjacent to the cottage. She couldn’t have been sweeter and made herself available for anything we needed. We loved our stay at Whispering Estate and would definitely be back!"

"Wonderful stay at this property!! We really enjoyed the beautiful house, pool and grounds. We did have an issue with the fire pit however the house manager responded very quickly. The problem was solved and the equipment was in working order the same day. The location was close to town and two large supermarkets. We hope to return again to this beautiful property! Great place!"

"Wonderful old house, very comfortable space for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The host was communicative and responsive, although everything was so well-thought out on his part, we didn't have much need to talk to the hosts. Excellent location, less than five minutes to Great Barrington, and twenty to Tanglewood and Lenox. "

"We chose this property because of the age (1740s farmhouse) and convenient location in the southern Berkshires only 15 minutes or so from Great Barrington. The house did not disappoint. It is a very charming farmhouse in excellent condition for its age and with modern amenities. As we only had four adults, there was plenty of room to spread out. The property is very private off the main road with beautiful surroundings. We only wish the weather were cooler or we would have enjoyed a wonderful...

"The bluebird farmhouse was perfect for our trip. Our group had 4 adults and 3 young children. The house had more than enough room to accommodate everyone. The house was stocked with anything you could need, and the host even dropped off a pie and some coffee for our arrival. The yard was spacious, gas grill available for grilling and the fire pit area was great for an evening of Smores. The house was beautifully decorated inside and out. We’d highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay in...

It was ideal. Rachel's home is wonderful. It was perfectly appointed for our Thanksgiving and for everyone to be comfortable and yet have room to not be on top of each other. "Great stay! It is a farm house so don't expect the Ritz. The house is very tastefully rebuild and furnished. The expanded living quarters/ kitchen all about spending time together in a great space. We found everything we were looking for, the sonos system worked like a charm and so did the hot tub.If there was one suggestion to the owner, the stair to the second floor should have a handrail for people that are not super mobile. Currently it is a steep stair without anything to hold on to....
