"This place was so cute and cozy!! I love how it was true to picture. I also really appreciated how it had everything you could need like, bug spray, extra blankets, all the kitchen supplies and utensils. It even had fire wood ready to go no charge. This place was very clean as well. We had a great time!"

"This house was perfect for 4 couples and 8 children under 10 years old. Kids had one big loft area that had enough beds for them which they thoroughly loved. 4 other large bedrooms were great for the 4 couples. Loved seeing the wildlife just outside our house. "

"We had an annual family gathering here and found the layout to be spacious and clean, perfect for our large gathering. Heads up to plan to supply extras of some basics that either weren’t stocked at all, or weren’t quite enough for our large party, primarily paper towels and foil. The location among trees keeps the cabin fairly comfortable even on hotter days, and that porch was wonderful. I know it’s hard to find reasonable prices in this area so in comparison to other cabins in this...

"This cabin is the perfect set up! Enough room for my husband, two boys, our cousins, their two boys, our puppers and myself. Big enough for us all to gather and be together but the rooms are far enough apart to create the perfect stay! Brady was amazing! He checked in and made sure we were okay! We all had the perfect play space for all our toys and the hot tub was one of the best parts! This cabin does not disappoint! "

"Our entire family had a blast together at this property. It was big, clean, and had pretty much everything we needed. It even snowed a lot for us to play in. Sitting by the beautiful fireplace while watching the snowstorms outside was like a little bit of heaven! "

"This is our second stay at the Toasted Marshmallow. The home has ample space for all of our snowmobiling gear and the single heated garage stall is perfect for thawing the sleds out or doing any minor repairs or changes. The home has awesome water pressure and temp for showering which not all places we stay do. Beds are super comfortable and the space has a great “home away from home” feel…We love the location because of the riding options right out the front door.Only recommendation is...

"Overall this was a great property! However, a few things to note....My family felt like there were a lot of rules (5 people limit in hot tub, no snowmobiling around the property, thermostat settings) and not a huge fan that one of the outside cameras faces directly into the hot tub area. Some family members stated their beds weren't very comfy but mine was fine. The TV in the downstairs bedroom isn't practical at all since it is in the corner above the headboard lol. "This was such an amazing brea. The property owner was wonderful to work with and the house had everything we could ask for plus some! There were deer and ground hogs? On property and the area was nice and quiet!"

"Had a great stay. Property is secluded and has great views of Island Park reservoir valley and distant views of the Grand Tetons. It was a great space for 3 couples with room for more. Had some wonderful dinners/ evenings playing games and watching the stars. Sunrises and Sunsets were always a must see. Made several memorable outings to Yellowstone, Earthquake lake and Mesa falls. Truly a unique location!"
