"The view was amazing, loved every second of it. We will be returning for sure!"

"Check in was simple! Pool was ice cold. There is no oven in the house. House was clean. Deck does have a few mushy places that need to be repaired. Overall wonderful stay!"

"Cabin and property are beautiful, quiet and very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. Views are absolutely amazing.Owner was easily accessible and accommodating.Can’t wait to return. "

"Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended "

"I stay overnight with a friend and our two dogs. The place is quaint, full or character, absolutely adorable!! I loved the accommodations with the two bedrooms in opposite sides, great for privacy, and the backyard is perfect for puppers. Only comment is: wish they had a blender and ice trays! Other than that, I oook forward to staying there again!"

"This treehouse is tucked away in the shade along the edge of a beautiful stretch of walnut trees. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for 2 people, and has a great layout that is bigger in person.We spent our days hiking nearby and the evenings watching the lightning bugs. They have the sweetest barn cat we met by the silo. We hope to stay again!"

"We spent a week at Thatcher Mill House and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tammy Hass, our host, was very friendly, and the Thatcher Mill house was just as lovely as she was. She certainly thought of everything to make our stay at the house pleasant. The bungalow was very clean, well appointed with everything we needed, in a quiet, safe area. It speaks volumes that we did not need to contact the property owner a single time! "
