Immigrant attendant didn't answer the front desk phone and was not helpful. Could barely speak understandable English. When I inquired about no hot water, the reply was: The maintenance man doesn't come until 8:30. No more La Quinta hotels for us. Don't recommend this hotel."

"The hotel and room were great. When I found I had been upgraded to a room that I didn't expect, the front desk person assured me that I would only be charged for what I had paid for through Expedia. Regarding the staff and the room, I was very satisfied. However, I had a late flight in (checked in after midnight) and was expecting a restful night and to sleep in a bit. But about 4-5am-ish, a guest's dog began barking every few minutes until about 8am. I think it was the staff's responsibility to...

"Booked a room with one king bed but didn't get that. Only one room key worked and front desk clerk walked off the job so was unable to get it fixed. Breakfast bar arrangement was odd. Beds were hard but shower was nice."
