And asked if I could provide My Personal Hotspot to give him access to the internet. Even after all that, I was given a room that smelled of smoke (requested non smoking), the shower head leaked all night, the smoke detector was broke off the wall & stains on the “white” sheets and towels"

Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip."

"This hotel , put me in room 125, which should be renamed as the crack den of Mumbai! The room had cracked door jams, literally holes in the walls and a bed that smelled like year long Bodyider! I requested another room and it was slightly better. The room was being rented for 54.99 but I was charged 71.00, by Hotels.com! The manager refused to give me a receipt upon request! Never go to this Hotel ! "
