"We checked in and saw our bed not made, and there was lots of black hair on the sheets. We were disgusted and asked the main lobby clerk for a new room. We got the new room, which was cleaner. For breakfast, they reused the potatoes from yesterday and re “air fried” them, as we overheard the staff saying that and they looked terrible the potatoes! We didn’t touch them! Very disappointed esp for the price we paid "

"The door to our hotel room was loose and did not seal; light was coming in on all sides. However, it did lock. Was awoken up in the middle of the night to other people being extremely loud. In the morning, we had no electricity and nobody was in the office."

"A beautiful old building with period decor. Unfortunately, it has seen better days, but minor inconveniences were easy to overlook when surrounded by the beauty of the building. And breakfast was delicious!"

"We had a beautiful stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in Denver (Speer Boulevard)! Clean, well-maintained, great location, and lovely staff who seemed to genuinely enjoy working there! The free breakfast was also a huge plus - lots of delicious options. If I ever go back to Denver, I would definitely stay there again!"

"Lovely quaint hotel with a warm and inviting staff. Lots of charm and very quiet for being in LoDo. Comfy bed and bedding, plenty of niche amenities if you’re into it, great restaurant and cocktail lounge on site, and location can’t be beat. My only wish was that our bathroom was a bit roomier for the upgraded room we chose. Very small standing shower only."

"A great hotel, but I have to say that $64 a night for valet (There appears to be no self park) and the "Resort Fee" at hotel that is not and does not offer "Resort" level amenities is over the top. The resort fee is clearly because Denver/CO allows them to do it, so the hotel takes advantage of the opportunity to nickel and dime you for an extra $30 and change a night or offer you a price that is $30 a night less and then get you in the fine print. "Great location with an easy walk to the Ball arena. Hotel was beautiful and the staff were all terrific! Great hot breakfast every morning and the on-site Degrees Brew Pub was great! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Denver!"

"The staff were very attentive and the entire place was very clean. The location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go and there is a grocery store across the street. The shower was the best of any hotel I've stayed in as the shower head was high enough I didn't need to duck to get under it(6'4) and the water pressure was amazing!"
