Furnished Housing

Traveling/vacationing/short term rental for work and need furnished housing? This home may have what you seek. The home is a 2 year old 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,200 sq ft home. The daily rate is $190 per night and will include wifi, all utilities, pots and pans, restroom necessities, washer and dryer, wood for the wood stove, large back yard with deck as well as a weekly house cleaner. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with dresser and nightstand except for one of the bedrooms which has 2 queen size beds. Whether you need this home for one night or beyond, for work or traveling, don't hesitate to contact and I will promptly respond. Please note, this home is drug free and no smoking of anything will be permitted inside due to our extreme allergies to marijuana and cigarette smoke. Thank you, wishing you all the best.

Cute Little Place

Overall, we were very impressed with this property. Location, cleanliness, and communication with the host couldn’t be beat. We also appreciated how well resourced the site was, including snacks, coffee, ironing board, and labeling of all of the switches. We were surprised that there were no electrical outlets in the primary bathroom, and the pillows were uncomfortable. That being said, great little place and we’d stay here again.

Matched the listing. Cool extras like coffee, fruit, popcorn, and tea. Good sized rooms, nothing seemed too crowded. Even had Roku. Excellent place! 'nuff said.

Wonderfully quaint little home

This is a wonderful little home in the middle of town. There were many amenities available. The fruit and coffee/tea bar was completely unexpected, but truly appreciated. We truly enjoyed the property, however I must admit we spent a lot more time visiting with family in the surrounding area than in the house. Our host was accommodating and responsive. I loved the seasoned cast iron cookware. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a place in the area, and we would absolutely come back. Thank you

Perfect getaway!

We booked this house for a quick getaway with the kids, and it was everything we had hoped for and more. Starting with the hosts Gloria and Tim, they were very responsive to questions, eager to help, and were an absolute joy to deal with. They even provided a play tent for the kids, and offered recommendations for local sites and activities. The house itself was very clean and newly remodeled. There was lots of storage space for clothes and personal items, and consumables were very nice and plentiful. We've certainly stayed at other places where you're on your own after a couple rolls of toilet paper and/or paper towels. Both were in abundance, as well as new boxes of tissues, wood for the fire, and even a basket of fresh fruit. Wifi was provided, and was a very fast connection. It allowed me to get caught up with work in the evenings. It's also notable that there was both heat and air conditioning. Lots of places we've stayed don't have AC, which can be very uncomfortable depending on weather and location. We spent most of our time hiking, playing at the parks, and climbing rocks. It was perfect for the kids, with lots of adventures very nearby. We even got lucky with some snow, which was a nice treat. All in all, I can't say enough about the house and hosts - everything was perfect!

Felt like home

I LOVED this house from the minute we open the door it felt so welcoming, everything was so perfect!!! Every single little detail in the house was just wow wow wow. The house is exactly how it looks on the pictures, the beds were comfortable, we had towels, shampoos , conditioner, everything you need in the kitchen, we had popcorn some fruit, all kinds of all kinds teas!! We had everything to make coffee, washer,dryer, I seriously can’t think of one thing that deisappointmented me. I highly recommend this house and the price is another score!!!! I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything Gloria!!!

Outstanding hosts, great stay

The hosts were friendly and helpful. They had a fire going in the fire place when we arrived which was a great beginning. The house was perfect for our stay in Lakeport. Excellent communication throughout.

Stunning house, wonderful hosts, highly recommended

Gloria and Tim’s house is an absolute gem! Sparkling clean, cozy and comfortable, it is set on a peaceful, charming street where you can rarely see a car crossing. The neighborhood is very safe, conveniently located close to downtown, to the lake, and to the grocery store. The house exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous inside and out and beautifully designed, it clearly shows the hard work and keen attention to detail of the owners. Everything looked new, as the house was recently remodeled and it looks stunning. At the time we booked this accommodation, it had no reviews. We are happy that we gave it a chance, as we were pleasantly surprised and absolutely ADORED this immaculate house and can’t wait to be back there soon again! From the moment we set foot into this house we were mesmerized by its beauty. We stayed in many houses before (booked from another website), but this one might be the nicest we ever stayed in. My daughter’s room looked fit for a First Lady, while our room reminded us of the British countryside. It was so serene and beautiful, exactly what my husband and I needed in order to relax. There was great communication with the wonderful hosts right from the start. They were so lovely to meet. The hosts were very professional, responsive, flexible, and kind. They made us feel welcome in their house and were so helpful with ensuring our stay was fabulous. They were very thoughtful of our every needs and generously stocked the house with everything we could have possibly need and more! They even went ahead of us to the house to start the fireplace in the living room to make sure that we arrived in a warm house. The WiFi worked great and the water pressure was very good as well. For heating, we used the wood fireplace in the living room as well as the individual electric heaters in each room. It was enough to keep us nice and comfy. If you’ll go there in the summer, the house also has A/C - although for our stay at the end of November that wasn’t needed. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better house. It is definitely one of the best in the Clearlake area. I highly recommend this accommodation to you! It’s a great house in an excellent location, at an unbeatable price with fantastic hosts, so you won’t be disappointed! I hope that you will enjoy it as much as we did. Thank you so much, Gloria and Tim! We cannot wait to return in your lovely house for our next vacation very soon :)
