"Checked in at 2:45 but room not yet available. Returned after event t 6:30 and reception desk closed. Redirected to 3 people at bar and last was able to print key for us. Bar was busy and didn’t seem the best process. Everyone was pleasant . Enjoyed our stay."

"This was our 4th time staying here and it never disappoints! We love the unique property and rooms, and the fact that there is so much in a walkable distance. The staff is also wonderful, front desk, valet and restaurant staff. We had fun getting to know Chris in the restaurant/bar. We will be back!"

"Loved the room! The room had a sitting area with a sectional that was a sofa bed. The staff was excellent and shared with my wife and I gems to visit in the city. Customer service at its BEST! My Complimentary breakfast was decent enough to hold you over until lunch. I will recommend Hyatt Place to family and friends and we will make it our future hotel preference. "

"Peaceful rooms and comfy beds. High ceilings are great. If you want to cook or store food the community kitchen is beautiful. I wish I needed to use it. Great location for some great restaurants."

"There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

"Stayed close to The Miller High Life Theater, easy walk and very safe. Great staff! Got a warm cookie at check in and a free drink ticket for the bar. Would definitely stay here again."

"The Knickerbocker is an old hotel & staple of Milwaukees Eastside. Beautiful inside the rooms were spacious and clean, small kitchen with fridge, microwave coffee maker & stove. There is also a Restruant inside and the food and cocktails were awesome. A must"

"Pros: the room was very clean and spacious. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel. Cons: the TV kept turning itself on in the middle of the night. After several times of turning it off we called the front desk but they didn’t know how to fix it. The water pressure in the shower was weak."

"Hello, the location was great. The room was nice. Updates could be done some of the furniture. And fixtures are old and starting to wear out. There's no clarification on the parking. Once you get there. You notice that there is a pass. So you can park in the parking lot, but it didn't necessarily give you detailed information on that. Until you got there and hoped that you don't get towed."

"Excellent location for a concert venue at Miller High Life Theater. The staff are very helpful and gave great suggestions the area. The morning breakfast was very good. Room accommodations had everything we needed. Very comfortable. We would stay here again."
