Plenty of space

Decent property. Secure off street parking. Lots of space. Comfortable master bedroom & upgraded but smallish master bath. Property could use a little TLC, especially the screened in lanai, and back yard. Working class, quiet neighborhood. Short drive to the beach. Would recommend.

Very Bad Experience

Property disruption is not accurate. It doesn’t not sleep 6 people. Whole house is very dark and many of the lights don’t work. I experienced following that I didn’t like at all: 1. Property mentions 6 beds where as there are only 5 beds in the house 2. Very dirty floors and stinking garbage 3. Kitchen floor was sticky and dirty that I had to clean upon my arrival 4. Not enough blankets 5. Some of the light didn't work 5. Owner mentioned jump-ropes and other gym equipment while we only found couple of small dumbells. 6. TVs hardly worked as Roku kept rebooting (Also, 2 TVs are size of computer monitors – can’t call them TVs) I will not RECOMMEND this property to anyone…

Perfect House for a Quiet Stay

Gus’ property is great. Nice open floor plan and close to the beach, downtown, and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again if available when I’m in town again.

Hard to imagine a better owner anywhere

It is hard to imagine a kinder or more helpful owner. We love this part of the east coast of Florida, and can't think of a better place to be than here, just slightly north of the beautiful, fun town of Lake Worth-- close enough to walk to town, the golf course, eateries, a bike ride to the great public beach and more. Thank you-- we will be back!

Very pretty and quiet

This was exactly as posted. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to alot of different beaches. If anyone has dogs definitely go to Jupiter Beach, not alot of people and it's pretty big and really pretty. Has alot of seashells as well

Definitely a great stay few things in the pantry plenty of dishes beds were great homeowner was fantastic city contact with us all the way up until the day we went also gave us a few great recommendations on restaurants it was greatly appreciated and enjoyed the stay definitely would stay again

Loved Beach Quinta

Really nice spacious yard. Beautifull lighting. Spent a lot of time on the Spanish style screened in patio. The place was quiet and overall very nice.

Home away from home!

Gus was a great host! He was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our family of six had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. He even had a wonderful selection of toys for the kids. Great location too. We' will definitely be back!

Very Nice!

A wonderful location near restaurants, shopping and a quick ride to the beach. Lake Worth beach was very nice. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard but check for some small openings where a little dog could get out. We simply moved a piece of wood and the problem was solved. The washer and dryer were modern appliances and the kitchen was well stocked. Gus always responded quickly to any questions that we had. My only suggestion would be to invest in some new patio furniture with an outdoor table and we would have spent most of our time in the beautiful screened in porch . We would definitely come again!

Nice and comfortable

This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It could use a little more tlc. Some lights were not working. But overall, it was comfortable. We want to come again in the future.

Lovely month.

It was a very comfortable house for 2 couples to share for a month, and very reasonably priced. We had a fine stay. Suggestion: a better equipped kitchen (coffee pot, more knives), and reading lamps in the living room and bedrooms.

Was a great place to stay

It was a very nice house , exactly what you see in the pictures. Beds were comfortable location was perfect for us . Neighborhood was quiet and the guy across the street was helpful . There was a cable issue for the first couple of days, but eventually gus got it taken care of. We would stay again.

Great place, clean and lots of room :)

Loved the indoor decor, nice tvs, etc. I would maybe add a couple tables or even have a card table available. Bigger than expected. Wasn't used to the food in the fridge, which did seem a tad odd. Other than that very, very clean. I'd put a couple more plastic chairs on the porch, fix the screens, that would make it almost perfect. Nice that we could park off the street. Great lights outside. Owner was easy to work with and quick to respond to texted questions. Would recommend this place.

Perfect for our family of 5

The house is just as described. Easy to find and access. We felt safe and cozy during our stay. Gus was very helpful with recommending restaurants and making sure we were comfortable there. Will definitely be a return renter.

Beautiful and comfortable house, great location!

I stayed here when I came for a conference, and brought my 87-year-old Dad with me for a short vacation. We so enjoyed staying here! The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, with a nice TV package too. The yard is lovely, and we really loved sitting in the screened-in porch and feeling the breeze. You can close your eyes and hear the birds singing. You can even swing under the trees in a hammock. The location is great - close to downtown West Palm and the convention center & CityPlace, and very close to downtown Lake Worth and the beach. Highly recommend this The Beach Quinta.

Comfortable, convenient, and beautifully remodeled

Wonderful experience. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Convenient location. Beautifully remodeled in bright cheerful colors. Highly recommend this property. If you are looking for a restaurant, The Blue Front is just a few blocks away. It is plain and unassuming from the outside. Great food, beautiful garden seating, loved it!

Very clean and cozy home perfect for a small family

Our stay was great! House was very clean. Lots of extras too. Beach towels and a couple beach chairs and kids toys. A closet full of toys for young kids that our girls squeeled with delight when they saw it. The enclosed big yard was so nice for our two young girls. Good room to play and run around and still feel safe. The enclosed porch and outside lights were wonderful in the evenings. Beach was only 10 min drive away.
