"Exactly as advertised. It’s a cottage. Shower is small but reasonable. A bit of an odd layout but serviceable for a couple. If I had a single surprise it was that there wasn’t a door to the bedroom. Not a big deal unless one of you has insomnia and is wandering half the night. We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. There was a ln area power outage in the area and our hosts were right there letting us know there was an issue and making sure we were ok"

"Stayed at the Perch for a long Holiday weekend. The area is mostly quiet. Jeannie the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house was clean and well supplied. We did not have contact with the local care keeper, a couple messages were not returned. Perch lake is a very small lake, a pontoon ride around the lake would take 30 min. or less. "The property was great. Lots of places to hike and explore. The lake was beautiful with crystal clear water. The bottom was sandy but due to the Lilly pads and weeds if you wanted to swim you need to get in at the end of the dock. Fishing was good with a lot of nice bass and a few northern pike 20-30 inches. There were 2 canoes 2 kayaks and a rowboat along with life vests. But be aware you may need to share because there are 2 other places to rent on the property. The Ranger house was well...

"The property was great it’s a cute little cottage with plenty of room to hang inside or outside. We had a great peaceful time. "

"Plenty of space. Unfortunately the air wasn’t working on Sunday so we had to turn it off and wait for the compressor to thaw. It did work better for the next 11 hours. And one of the bedrooms, that had a portable unit did not work. Which ended up ok, because we ended up not using it. The water in the canal is pretty non existent, but the neighborhood beach was great!! Would we rent it again-definitely! "

"It was a great all inclusive getaway. We never left the 4 days we were there. I was very impressed with the amount of gates used. This made the young mom’s feel more comfortable knowing their kids were safe. The beach was smaller than expected but still good. Dock was in an awkward spot so we never used it."

"Beds are a bit to firm. Couldnt connect to wifi. Appreciated the "you may have forgot" items that were available. We will definitely stay again."

"Clean, spacious, large yard, rentable boat.. perfect combination we were looking for to host a large group. "

"Property was as advertised. Very clean, pet friendly with a fenced yard. Backyard was nice with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Wi-Fi worked well. I was able to connect all devices with good speed. Close access to lakes and trails."

"This place is just adorable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make meals with. The backyard is perfect if you are bringing a dog. Its complete with a doggy door. There are plenty of places to sleep for your whole family. The bathroom was cute and i loved the details of the home the owners put into it. "We had a wonderful relaxing weekend! The host Kris gave us all the important information before our arrival for a stress free check in. We loved the beautiful view of the lake, sunrises, sunsets, bonfires and the hot tub! We made wonderful memories enjoying family dinners that were made in the well equipped kitchen and playing outdoor games like corn hole and connect four that were provided. We would definitely love a return visit to this very clean and spacious home. Thank you for sharing...
