" We really loved our stay and highly recommend if you like old school charming lakefront homes! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well for our group. We loved hanging out on the fabulous deck with great views of the lake. The jacuzzi is a great bonus as well as the steps down to the small deck on the water. "Overall impression on the property was phenomenal. Spacing was great for a party of 13. Tahoe City was close by and was a pleasant strip to visit. Home is just as described, even though there wasn’t an AC it kept cool without the unit downstairs. Neighborhood was very calm, about a 15-20 minute walk to the non-private beach. "

"This home fit our family needs perfectly. Close to Tahoe City and the lake. Wish we would have had a few more days to take advantage of everything. The HOA access to the private beach and facilities is really nice. Kitchen is well stocked and as we had a family with a one year old, we did cook a number of meals there. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Zach, the property manager was amazing. His communication was quick and he took great care of us.Yes, I would definitely recommend...

"Very cute cabin with lots of alpine cabin decor that helped immerse us in the Tahoe experience, including the skylights that let us view the forest around us. The nearby private beach club was beautiful, and the short stroll over to nearby Sunnyside and Shadyside restaurants was convenient when we wanted to eat out. The beautiful bike route was close by and we were able to ride to it directly from the cabin. Carolyn was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to coming back."

"The house was well cared for and well equipped The location is wonderful and being able to use the private beach area at Sunnyside made it so convenient to go the the lake. The back yard is well laid out and has fun games for the family. Laure was very responsive to my questions and had the property manager over quickly to tweak a small issue. "Water's Edge gets 5 stars for location. It was perfect. The house itself was fine but a little tired in terms of decor and fittings. It is not flat into the house and could do with a portable ramp to help those with wheelchairs to easily access the house....but was still achievable. Our main problem was not with the house but with the management company that looked after the house. We were not forewarned that the plot next to the house was being developed. We had building noise from 7:15 each...
