"The hotel itself was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. I was glad to see the security camera sign in the parking lot. The neighborhood/surrounding areas were ghetto. It located next to and across from motels, auto shops, tire shops, loan cash store, a gun store, storage place, etc. There were food options around but I would recommend to drive there and lock the car door once you get in, just in case."

"For the price I paid the room was fine! The property manager is friendly and helpful! It was a very basic room."

"A few things about this place, one the toilet paper holder about 3 inches off the floor .. gross and why. Horrible design. Large chunk from countertop missing and haphazardly filled, little bit crusty in the corners of the room, just didn’t feel clean. Window felt like it was open since it was so loud could hear someone blaring their bass in their car, screams, etc. Front desk women was nice and gym room looked great."

"Reminded me of a run down motel in a movie. Coffee maker didn’t work. No roller for the toilet paper, power outlets barely hanging on to the walls. Noisy footsteps from upstairs neighbors, shower curtain was missing. remote control didn’t have the backside for the batteries."

"The hotel was clean….but for a Hilton Product and the level of service you usually receive …the Hampton Inn and Suites Tacoma disappointed. We stayed a total of four nights and did not receive house keeping services until the morning of the fourth night… even after going to the front desk every night requesting fresh towels. The hotel did mention they only provide daily service every second day, they only offer daily service upon request…but with that said even after two nights, they still did...

"The property is situated in one of the of the worst and dangerous neighborhoods. There were few amenities… no glasses were provided, water dispenser in the gym was broken. There were additional charges that were made on the cc which had to be disputed to be removed during checkout. One of the most horrible experiences…..we even heard gun shots outside in the middle of the night"

"Extremely dirty, didn’t provide WiFi info, tv didn’t work, bedding stained, curtains wouldn’t shut. Literally would never stay there again, only had to because of my unique situation, thank goodness it was only two days. Also staff was awful, unhelpful, stared at you, and made things do uncomfortable. -1/10"

"The hotel appears to be more of homeless shelter, then open to the public. drugs, prostitutes. They should not let the outside public get rooms. People pay money especially in a hotel to be comfortable. They need to keep the hotel as a homeless shelter period. No more renting rooms to the public. No phones, carpets were dirty, holes all in the bedding like smoking holes, sink water was like a pressure washer just shot out when you turned on. Very hot water to bathe only thing I can say. "When I pulled in, went to go into the lobby and it was locked with an arrow pointing to a window. There was only a little drawer that I had to pass the hotel manager my credit card and drivers license through that. No intercom so it was very hard to understand her. I’m just a person that would want to have the face to face interaction and not feel like a criminal trying to check in. I would definitely suggest them putting in an intercom so we can actually hear each other. Moving to...
