"We only stayed for 1 night. Property was fine condition. Recommendation: sweep the room for spiders and webs.
They should check the rooms the day of someone’s staying and clear out spider webs. We walked through multiple spider webs. We also had spiders on towels. It was a nightmare for our 10 year old."

"This is a beautiful property! It is tucked away in a lovely area with lots of natural beauty. The room was very clean! The bed was really comfortable and beautifully made up with lovely bedding/pillows and such soft sheets. My favorite was the bathroom, with a gorgeous stone/pebble tiled shower and rain shower head with the perfect amount of water pressure. We will be back! The room did not have a microwave which seemed a bit odd and the windows could use a wash, otherwise the casino and property was great."

"The very friendly staff member, Levi, checked me in quickly and made a great recommendation for a Mexican Restaurant. Place was neat, clean, and tidy. Walls are thin, but I had no problem with noise, though with loud or unruly neighbors that could be a possibility. The site I booked through did not state how much for a pet, so I left mine home. It turns out pets are free! Nice clean pool. Great experience."

"Service here is horrible. We were a group of 8 and stayed in two rooms. We got 2 Towels in one room and 1 towel in second room. I went to request for more towels and they were unable to help us for the first two nights. They gave one more towel for each room on the third morning. They did not clean the room for 2 days. I will never ever book this hotel again and do not recommend it."

"We showed up an hour ahead of our check in time, and they gave us permission to use the wifi while we waited to check-in. The desk agent checked to see if our room was ready, and she confirmed that it was ready, so we were allowed to check in early, and my son was able to do his entire virtual school event in our room. The staff was very kind and helpful."

"First, there was no wi-fi. Then, there were no in-room coffee makers. On Sunday there was no room cleaning and so no clean towels. Also, an hour into the 6 to 9 breakfast, almost everything was gone and no employees could be found to restock the breakfast items.
The property has been refurbished recently, the rooms were nice and quiet. With just a couple of tweaks this could be a really nice hotel."
