Housekeeping was great they supply the water and ice and all the soaps and needs you need when you travel. For the price and location it is definitely a 5 star rating for all of that.

タイムズスクエアやブロードウェイにも近く大変便利でした。朝食も種類が豊富で色々選べるのが楽しかったです。ただし朝食会場へのアクセスがとても複雑で混雑していますが。。。スタッフは親切でしたが、何故か3日目の部屋の掃除の後はバスタオルの交換がされていませんでしたので、お掃除のスタッフに直接バスタオルをもらいに行きました。

Our stay at the Holliday Hotel from July 2nd to July 5th was truly wonderful. We were a group of three adults and one child, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. We would especially like to thank Michelle, the manager, for her exceptional help, patience, and understanding throughout our stay. She is truly the best — her professionalism and kindness made a big difference and contributed greatly to our positive experience. The hotel staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the comfort and atmosphere of the property. Overall, we had a great time and a memorable stay. The only disappointment was on our last night, when our room was not cleaned despite the clerk at the reception mentioning it to the cleaning staff. While this was unfortunate, it does not overshadow the wonderful service we received during the rest of our stay. Unimpressive stay. Hotel decor is dated, carpet on the room feels old, air in the room feels stuffy.
