UPDATE...The indoor pool and hot tub is now open!!!

FREE Wi-Fi access to the Internet, but you will need to bring your own internet ready device (phone, computer, tablet). We have WIFI and cable TV installed in our condo. Password will be provided before check in.

Also, after reading some of our wonderful reviews, we have done some updating during the offseason. Several rooms have been repainted. We have installed an electronic keypad on the door (so no more keys needed!) We also installed some new doors, all new wood floors, and stainless steel appliances!!

We have replaced the second bedroom mattress with a queen size double pillow top mattress for your sleeping pleasure!

You've just found the most desirable condo complex at the Lake of the Ozarks! Beautifully furnished two bedroom / TWO FULL baths located off Highway HH, just past the Lodge Of The Four Seasons (12 mile marker by water). Feed the ducks from your private deck because you're only five feet from the water!

Take a romantic moonlight stroll around the 2,200 feet of property shore line via the lighted pathway. During your stay at this condo unit, there are only three small steps up as you as you 'come and go' from my unit. -- a flat level walk as you carry in luggage and coolers!

Southwood Shores is a gated community boasting an indoor heated pool; indoor hot tubs; and one the LARGEST OUTDOOR POOLS at the lake (all OPEN until midnight). Boat launching ramp; children's play ground; and a swim platform on the lake. 24 hour security on site.

The unit is fully furnished with QUEEN SIZE BED's in the master and guest bedrooms. There is also a fold out sleeper in the living room that can sleep two more people comfortably.The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy. Your covered sundeck is three stories up with a GREAT western (SUNSET) view of both the cove and main channel. From the parking lot, there are only a few small steps as you come and go from my condo.

Southwood Shores is only five minutes from exquisite dinning at the Blue Herron, HK's, and Andre's restaurants; the TOAD COMPLEX (several restaurants and dance clubs); five minutes from championship GOLF COURSES @ the Lodge of the Four Seasons; and approximately 10 minutes from the Osage Village OUTLET MALL (115 stores).

** PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED! SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONDO. You can smoke on the sundeck or other OUTDOOR public areas.

The check-in (meaning code for the gate) was wrong. A guy working on the facility walked up to tell us the code had changed. Outside of that, the condo was exactly what it was (no blue couch). The one that was there was super comfy.. If you want to hear the TV. Just know it's already maxed out. Cable ready. I didn't have to use wifi. Bring your Fire TV Stick if you have one. great vibes. They need a new book for people to add to their memories! It's hard to find at night. My friend doesn't drink, so I was trying to guide her to find our place. We're booking again for the end of the year! Definitely feels like home!

As always, we enjoy the lake of the Ozarks and I really enjoyed the condos. At Southwood Shores. I have always had good luck renting there. However, this time was a little different. The property manager was very difficult to communicate with the information to enter. The Condo was not given to me until last minute And then the day of departure. I woke up to no electricity in my bathroom and when I text him, it took him approximately two hours to get back to me telling me that I need to trip the outlet in the opposite bathroom which in my opinion if that’s something he knew was a problem. He should have that in the information book. All in all was a great trip. I definitely will not be renting from that property manager again.
