GREAT OFF SEASON RATES!

This is a great SMALL COMPLEX, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! Located on 5 acres; right in the city limits of Lake Ozark. If you are looking for a great condo to relax, with great views of the Lake at mile marker 1, this is it! The condo is 600 sq ft of tropical bliss! Don't just rent an ordinary rental unit, upgrade to a tropical experience. Hate the smell of marijuana? We do too! So the whole complex is marijuana smoke free. The owners live on site, so if you have any questions/concerns they will be answered immediately, so you can book with confidence.

WE STRIVE TO BE A QUIETER LAKE GETAWAY. HOUSE RULES; NO LOUD NOISE AFTER 10PM, and no outside music on the decks or patios, no marijuana smoking on property (outside cigarette smoking allowed). If you are looking for a great small complex that still has everything nearby, this is it! We have the luxury of having a small oasis of land tucked in between the excitement of Lake Ozark. The marina the complex overlooks has boat traffic to watch on the deck.
We are centrally located off of Bagnell Dam BLVD, next to the Historical Bagnell Dam Strip, right in Lake Ozark. If you like to walk, you are within 1/4 mile of dozens of restaurants, bar & grills, shopping and entertainment.

We are a unique property being in town, yet we have 5 acres of wildlife habitat. There are many deer that call this home and spend a lot of time in the yard. One of the deer (Little Mama) has a bad leg, so drive slowly when you come in driveway.

This property was easy to find and in a good location to everything Lake Ozark offers. Sitting on the deck in the morning having coffee watching the squirrels and chipmunks play with a lake front view is a great way to start the day. Everything was clean and comfortable: home away from home.

Very nice

The condo was tastefully decorated, very clean, and the view beautiful! The only downfalls, there was no washer/dryer and we were on a motorcycle and was not prepared for the gravel driveway going up to the paved parking. We are not accustomed to driving on gravel with our motorcycle. However, we would definitely recommend .

Bachelorette Weekend

My daughter’s best friend had her bachelorette party at Lake of Ozarks. I stayed in your unit far enough away from them they had privacy, but close enough if they needed me. I was needed a couple of times and the drive wasn’t long and it was nice for me to come back to a unit that was quiet and nicely taken care of.

Great Place In A Convenient Location

This place was wonderful to stay and we were located in a spot that's only minutes away from the dam and other activities that I had planned while down there. I loved the porch area out front with a view of the water and the sight of deer every time I passed by. The only issue I had was that Google Maps took me into the Marina farther down the road but the instructions for checking in showed where to actually go once you get down there. No fault of the owners but figured I would point it out to others that book this spot.Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would book again in the future!

A very cute little place with a very comfortable king bed and a view of Jennings Branch Cove. Close to many attractions in Lake Ozark, yet quiet and secluded. Many nice appointments.

Clean condo made for a perfect stay! Close to the strip, great pricing, and good directions that made it easy to find. Check-in and check out was simple. Owner came down when we pulled in to chat and fill in any information I had forgotten. Will definitely keep this place in mind in the future!

Wonderful place/stay

Property was exactly as described - super clean, quiet and way roomier than I thought!! We walked to the restaurants/shops everyday with no problem (the hill in is steep if you have trouble walking). Saw deer daily. While not on the water, nice view of the same. Would definitely stay here again !!

Perfect setting

This condo was clean and charming. The bed is so comfortable, and view of the lake is superb! It had all the amenities we could ask for. Hosts Pam and Dave took care of us very well, laying down salt during an ice storm and offering to extend our stay due to hazardous travel condition. It was the perfect shelter in a storm.
