"Great location and great outdoor space. Home had plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids with enough pillows and linens. Could be better stocked. Clean. We fished, swam, floated and boated and set up a movie by the fire pit. We had a great time! There is so much waterfront here. Bring your own ANYTHING you need for cooking (salt, pepper, olive oil), grill utensils (they supplied plenty of propane), baking sheets, large serving bowls, laundry and dishwasher tabs, oven mits, bug spray, “pool”...

"Gorgeous location with some incredible views. Easy access to the lake via a big dock. The host was very accommodating and I appreciated his communicativeness and willingness to host us! A few minor things throughout the house didn't fully work, but as a whole it slept all of us comfortably and was well worth the price."

"Everything was great except for one problem.... Do not stay in any of the cottages near cottage number 6.... There is an owner there who does not have control of their dogs I could not sleep most of the week that I was there her dogs would not shut up!!!!"

"Loved this place so much. I only wish it was more affordable- the fees are really high! But you could definitely fit a ton of people in this place. There are two big bedrooms that could easily have littles plus parents. The game room was legit and one of the few places with an air hockey table! They had a lot of equipment for the lake which the kids really enjoyed."

"Clean rooms, great hot tub, responsive host, and wonderful lake activities. This property has 3 kayaks and a peddle boat available which my friends and I loved! The big smart TV was a huge plus for a movie night, and we enjoyed the big kitchen and bench style dining room table."

"It was a nice house. There was a crack in the downstairs tub The hot tub was gross. I reached out to the person I was suppose to and she did nothing about anything I still enjoyed my family and the lake, but for the money paid, not sure I will choose this particular house again. Oh and I called for trash to picked up. Never happened we took it ourselves "

"This was an awesome place to stay close to Fredericksburg. We did not notice any of the issues outlined in previous reviews. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay here quite a bit. Communication with the host was hassle free and the check in process was easy. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area. "

"It was such a relaxing week! The waterfront access was amazing! The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to have a wonderful family getaway. Being that it was animal friendly had me nervous, but the home was spotless. Comfortable beds and furnishings. The hangout in the garage was very nice as well. Will definitely be booking again!"

"Our family of 5 and small dog enjoyed our 2-day stay. It was clean, quiet, comfy and had everything we needed to relax before and after the wedding we attended.
