Located in a secluded bay on Lake of Bays, just 20 & 30 minutes to Dorset and Huntsville respectively on a paved year round road. Short boat ride to the big open water for excellent fishing.

Stately gated driveway entrance with privacy fence along roadside. Privacy from both the road and the shoreline on this 4 acre property. The grounds are well groomed, irrigated and beautifully landscaped. All paths are laid with flat flagstone and granite steps. Very gentle slope leading to the lake and large U shape dock. The shoreline is natural with sand bottom with water level 4ft off the end of the dock. Cottage offers oversized deck across the full lake side of the cottage with Muskoka chairs, loungers, dining table and fire table. Closer to the water's edge enjoy the lakeside wood burning firepit with 7 Muskoka chairs.

Vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling wood burning granite fireplace with TV above the mantle. Large sectional leather sofa with 2 comfy chairs. Full wall of windows with stunning views

REC ROOM
Large open room with leather sectional sofa, wall mounted TV and propane fireplace. Well appointed workout area with a treadmill and weights. Patio walk out to a flagstone path which leads to the hot tub and outdoor grounds.

The linens and turnover fee is $960 per rental

This cottage includes 6 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals

Outdoor furniture is not out from Thanksgiving-Victoria Day Weekend
Water toys are not available Thanksgiving-Victoria Day due to safety concerns
