"Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The mattresses were a bit stiff for my liking. Pool area needed better maintenance. The floors felt slimy when wet. Equipment and lounging furniture was outdated and dirty. The pool water needed cleaning- not clear, remnants of hair floating everywhere, dirty. The gym was outdated and could’ve been cleaned better. Inclusive breakfast had a nice variety and was clean."

"Horrible dirty hotel !"

"I don't know how this hotel has a decent rating. It's kind of a turd. I still question how clean our room was. The ice bucket was in the fridge still half full of ice from someone else. No tissues. A 1/8" of toilet paper on the roll and no spare. Coffee and condiments scattered all over the table. On a plus side, the breakfast was good. The hotel had a grudge to it that started at the front door. And I am not a super picky person."
