"2nd time at the Kissel. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. A smaller 7 floor hotel which I like with a restaurant in the lobby that has limited hours. The rooms are nice and clean and well appointed. One of the recommendations I have for the Kissel is the staff are not as pleasant as one expect from the Hyatt. "The worst thing was the location, prostitutes working the block outside and smashed windows on cars parked in the parking lot and around the street, and loud music until 3am, made us feel uncomfortable!! But the service was excellent, property felt secure, and it was a nice room for the money with a decent location. "
