    NOTE- Everything in Lake Lure and surrounding areas is open. The big lake, Lake Lure, has started the process of filling the lake and will officially reopen Spring of 2026.

    Owner managed Liz/ Kyle Fister/ Mountain Haven Properties LLC- Lake Lure. We have over 180 great reviews on other booking site.
    Located in the private mountain community of "Riverbend at Lake Lure". Our beautiful community is surrounded by spectacular mountain views. Riverbends Mirror Lake and Beach are short walk from the cabin or a quick drive with parking available at the beach along with a covered pavilion with seating and restrooms, The French Broad River runs through Riverbend and is great for summer tubing or playing in the small river rapids! The cabin also has a small creek in the back yard and open acres behind the cabin perfect for a little hike!
    The cabin is located in a very private setting with no other homes in view, yet minutes to town, grocery store and lake/riverside dining. We have a large, private wrap around deck with hot tub, grill, log swing, log picnic table and rocking chairs. Canoes/kayaks and paddle board available upon request (no charge).
    We have three large MASTER bedrooms and a 4th open game room /bedroom downstairs with a seating area, set of log bunk beds and a queen sofa sleeper with a door out to the lower deck and hot tub.
    The lower level (3rd master) bedroom has French doors out to the lower deck with a hot tub. 10-minute walk to beach and lake. Canoe and firepit available upon request. Sleep 10 in beds with queen/twin air mattresses available upon request.
    We are centrally located to many activities such as pontoon boats rentals, zip-lining, kayaking, canoeing, snow tubing, snow skiing, horseback riding, white water rafting, numerous golf courses, putt- putt, fishing, Tryon Equestrian Center with daily horse events and restaurants with weekly festivals, spectacular hiking trails, mountain bike trails, Lake/River side dining, Biltmore House and Asheville, numerous local wineries and breweries and much more! There are activities for every season!

Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement within 24 hours after booking. Security Deposit Required of $300.
For last-minute reservations, agreement must be signed before check-in info will be sent. For non-family groups, all guests must be 25 or older.
Guest ID will be checked at arrival. NO Smoking. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 11PM - 7AM. Pls inquire if bringing more than 1 pet.

Great Cabin

Our family really enjoyed staying at this cozy cottage. It was clean, quiet, and great proximity to all amenities. It had plenty of space and the 3 separate floors allowed for privacy for each family. We highly recommend!

Our stay was pleasant.We were looking for the cabin and GPS took to a wrong address.In the confirmation mail the address given was misleading.The instructions given towards end of mail should have been highlighted.The owner was helpful to guide us to reach the property. We recommend to stay here!

A delightful cabin!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The cabin is well laid out with plenty of room for everyone. We LOVED spending evenings on the wrap around porch playing games and grilling out. It is remote enough to really feel like you can "get away from it all", but close enough to things like restaurants, shops, grocery store, hiking, and lake activities.

Great Stay in Riverbend!

We had an amazing time! The cabin was clean and spacious! Huge wraparound deck with a porch swing and rocking chairs that we enjoyed nightly. The swimming hole and river in the community were so much fun. Close to lake lure and chimney rock. Overall a great stay!

Ideal stay

Home is so comfortable and more importantly , immaculate. Well stocked kitchen and a nice game are for the kids. The setting is beautiful and private. Very convenient location. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. When we booked it the hot tub was not listed as an amenity, so it was a very pleasant surprise and we enjoyed it very much on chilly evenings.

cozy stay with tons of nature attractions around

the cabin was perfect. my friends and I were very cozy. we loved the sunrises from the deck and ending the night at the lake and hopping into the hot tub later as well. On cold days, the cabin was cozy to lounge in and sit by the indoor fireplace. dogs were happy as well. sooo relaxing! hosts also responded promptly when I had questions.
