"I loved the location and communication was very good. A little disappointed in the very uncomfortable sofa(for sitting while watching tv) and thought the water pressure was going to be an issue but it magically fixed itself by the second day. Would love to see if the upstairs rental is so much better but did have a budget."

"This caboose stay was perfect for my train lover. We traveled as a family and there was something for all of us to enjoy. We got to feed theini horses, talked to the other barn animals, watched llamas, hiked to the playground, and admired the cabooses they had. The owner communicated with us frequently and was very friendly. The game room and store were perfect additions for us to enjoy. "Quite area, decent Mountain View’s, wildlife galore, only complaint is shower is an RV type and very small! Customer service and correspondence was easy and just a text away! Would recommend staying here if your looking for a camping like experience with all the amenities!"
