Staff was friendly, but my room wasn’t clean it had dead roaches on the bathroom floor,the mattress had stain on it that smelt like bleach but look like blood on it,pillow cases had stuff on it I don’t know what exactly but the staff over all was pretty good.

The floor was covered in a disgusting amount of residue, the bed had some sort of mold and dead bugs, and the shower was covered in filth. Everything else was fine but this made it impossible to stay longer than a single night.

The property is currently in the middle of a complete overhaul, remodel, ownership change, as well as a brand change. Checkin was simple and quick. The design of the room was very modern and comfortable. Cold ac and hot shower. Comfortable bed too. Decent wifi.

Roach infested crack motel.

This place was a roach infested dump. As soon as we stepped in and turned on the light we counted 8 roaches that scattered. We demanded our money back which management refused. We left and found a better place to stay. We disputed the credit card charges and were granted a full refund. Stay there if you like roach infested crack motels.

Avoid at costs in Lake Jackson Tx.

One of the worst rooms ive ever stayed in plaster falling off ceiling; not phone or bedside lamp working, horrible wifi-basically useless, tub corroded and rusty; room door warped w/ huge crack for bugs along bottom and side; moldy carpet smell, all metal in room rusted ( lamps even coffee maker;; cigarette burns in bedspread. Baddddd condition and better cheaper hotels in the area. Last stay in a Super 8.

It does have a local Bar on site was nice but needs to accommodate people that travel don't stick to one type of music.

Horrible Hotel And Scarred For Life!

The 1st room was literally filled with spiders n cobwebs. Tried to use their phone to call front desk it literally did not have a plugin. Called front desk on my cell they said they'd provide another room. The next room was full of mold where it was visible to the eye. Definitely a health Hazzard! We requested our money back!

Look elsewhere

In a non smoking room, there was burnt cigarette holes in the sheet and comforter. There was drool stains on the pillow cases. The bathroom floor was dirty from the last person who stayed there. The shower stays on when it’s turned off while filling the tub and the tub drain was broken. Lastly the curtains did not close all the way because they were torn down in the center. I slept with my pistol on the nightstand.

The place was overpriced, needed major repairs in both rooms and mold and dirt everywhere. Holes in blankets, stained sheets and towels...will never recommend or stsy here again.

Don’t go to this motel, we couldn’t get back into our rooms because the card reader was broken for both of our rooms, the rooms themselves were full of cobwebs and just all around disgusting, rust all over the fridge door and the shower water was brown. Also found a dead decomposing bird in the pool.. wouldn’t recommend, not to mention I checked in at 1:30 pm and checked out at 8:30 pm due to the crappyness of the place, and they had the audacity to call me at 12:22 am talking about, “mr fuentes you need to cool it with the noise cause there are complains about you”, as if I was still there trying to cover their tracks acting like we were being a problem so they could keep our money. Best believe I got my refund from that hell hole. They will screw you over there.

I have never been to a place this filthy and run down. It really needs to be demolished and rebuilt from scratch. They were in the process of repainting the outside but it will not help. The issues go so much deeper than paint. Cigarette burns on the comforter , carper and even the toilet. Carpet floors are damp and smell. Pool gates were welded and chained shut. Who ever in a recent review said they swam there would have had a hard time getting in to swim. I’m guessing it was a fake review. Any review that is positive about this place is probably fake.

I made reservations on line $56. for 2beds and night on memorial weekend i have to wait five 45 minutes to check in . To many people check in so by time my check in she said i don't have my name on the reservation i was so angry. I show her my email confirmation she pretends looking at it. Come to find out that she didn't want to gave it to me for $56. She charged other guests $130. that night. So please make sure you keep your conformation
