"Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!"

She checked into the hotel and the front desk person was in her office smoking a cigarette. She got to the room and she felt very uncomfortable.
