Summer is the perfect time to stay here. The large deck with multiple places to sit, 4 bedrooms with different sleeping arrangements and updated kitchen made this a place I would gladly return to.

Best Lake Rental

The house was amazing, clean, newly updated, fully stocked with everything we needed! Beds extremely comfortable, Uggs pillow and linens. We enjoyed quiet family time with a wonderful outdoor fire pit. The Blackstone was a hit and we cooked every meal out on the deck looking at the lake! Fantastic vacation weekend! Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze! Thank you, Tony! We’ll be back!

Lovely stay!

Enjoyed a long weekend about an hour outside of NYC. Location easy enough to get in and out of the city. House itself was lovely. The lights were a little much, but kinda fun! Plenty of space to relax and enjoy friends! Fireplace doesn’t work, but the fire pit was enjoyable next to the cove! All in all it filled out needs and was a lovely place to stay!

Wonderful home in Lake Hopatcong!

Great property near all the cool things around Lake Hopatcong and super close to Sparta and Lake Mohawk. Our daughter has a home nearby but not big enough to host 10 family members. We used this property as home base and so glad we did. Spacious living and dining rooms, great kitchen with all the amenities, nice sized bedrooms - what more to ask for. Oh did I mention that it is on the water!!! We will be back in the summer! Thanks Tony (property manager) for all you did.

Nice updated property but…

Obviously recently renovated and while it was nice looking, lack of functionality left a lot to be desired. The fancy staircase was a death trap with only a partial railing and super smooth treads (don’t wear just socks when walking down). The lighting scheme was overkill with the number of switches and 30 or so fixtures on the ceiling with the switches performing different functions each time it is flipped. Way too hard to just turn a light on or off as there were so many different modes. Paper blinds limited the ability to look out the window since it could not be rolled up/pinned back. Zero propane was left (3 empty tanks) so couldn’t use the heater or blackstone. No mirrors in any of the bedrooms, not even something on the back of the closet door where you can get dressed and check yourself out. On a positive note, the property manager was responsive to all of my inquiries and even dropped off supplies since there wasn’t any toilet paper.
