Fully updated entire home and pool in 2021!

We got LOTS of parking!! Double sided driveway with an 80' long drive through area across two 40’ long parking areas. And another 40' deep gated parking area off the main driveway in the gravel back yard. 40’ off street parking alongside street. SO many places to park... Note the front driveway has more slope than the main side drive does.

Once you park, jump in our newly redone, heated 28' pool and spa. "POOL/SPA HEATING MAY BE ADDED FOR AN EXTRA FEE PER DAY OF STAY WHEN REQUESTED AT TIME OF BOOKING, $40 per day for pool and $20 per day for hot tub”

Fenced private pool area with covered patio and grill with Stunning views of the Foothills. Or look from the back of the yard to the west and see our lake view.
All new finishes, appliances and furniture inside. Soaring ceiling in living room to windows so high that they serve as skylights. Beautiful decorative fireplace and 65" 4K TV with streaming functions. Direct TV service provides over 120 channels of viewing. SCREAMING fast 5G Wi-Fi typically runs up to 200+mg.
2 King Bedrooms including a Master En-suite with massive walk-in shower and extra day bed (for the little one that needs to be nearby). The bunk room has full over full bed and separate elevated daybed to provide room for up to 5 in 1 space. Great for 2 sets of kiddos, while each set of parents has a private room.
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area providing you all the cookware for those home cooked meals.

Nice property, easy to access off the road with plenty of parking spaces.Nice neighborhood Overall I give it a 9 do to lacking a little on cleanliness it could be better.Plenty of room and well equipped. The pool was great and relaxing. We had a great time and would recommend. Owners were great at responding and very attentive if anything was needed.

Nice house

Property was perfect for are accomodations. The property owners were very helpful and quick at responding to questions. Check in and check out process was quick. Made the trip awesome and enjoyed the hot tub and pool.Will deffinately stay at this property for all future trips to havasu.

First Timers

This is the first time we rented a house on VRBO. The owner was a very nice man. When we arrived we let him know how musty smelling the place was & it smelled that way every time we left & came back. Whenever we wanted to use the hot tub he had to turn it on remotely, which was a pain. It would have been nice just to be able to turn it on whenever we wanted to use it. We also had to pay an extra fee per day, to use it, which should be included in the rental fee. There was a note in the house asking us to put the dirty towels & sheets in the washer, then start it. We didn't feel that was our responsibility. We're seniors & I guess these issues just weren't for us.

Nice place

The only thing that would of been better is having a timer for the hot tub. Just a simple 30 min timer would be great. Then you wouldn't have to contact the owner to turn it on and off. Everything elae was great.

First trip to Lake Havisu area

The house was very comfortable and clean!The weather was too cool to use the pool. The hot tub was an option a few times during our stay. The cost was 20.00/day. In effort to explore the area, the house was only 4-5 miles away from the main stretch of town, and traffic was not bad, depending on wherever you wanted to go. There was plenty of parking space. We purchased our own corn-hole boards (bean bag toss) and played in the back yard and any park we went to. There are plenty of hiking trails around, if that’s something you like to do! We’ll be back!

Very nice eclectic home. Great for large families

We really enjoyed this home. It has some unique features and is setup great for larger groups. We didn't realize before we booked, there was a charge for heating the pool and spa. It is on the listing. We took care of that and it was wonderful.
