Heatable pool, spa, LAKE VIEWS, pool table, kid friendly home with comfortable seating and quality bedding. This newly updated home that sleeps 12 has every thoughtful addition so that you and your friends or family can make endless memories here!!

We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

This home is close to shopping, restaurants, London Bridge entertainment, Main Street, and more. Conveniently located, and so easy to get around - whether it is in your car, your ATV, or via Uber - please be responsible :)

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.

It wasn’t clear that we had to buy the heating package to use the hot tub. House was clean, but had some sort of noise every 20 min go off and hmmm through the house. Location was great for us to be close to family.

Balloon Festival Getaway

The house is exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone and the host was great. My wife left her wallet there and she had it mailed back to us. Awesome. Backyard has a great view of the lake and mountains. I would only suggest adding smart TV's to the bedrooms. Will stay there again this summer.

the remodel of this property was cheaply done, it was clean, but the windows leaked, the front door has a 1 1/4 gap under it and cold air and dirt blowing in, only one bedroom had a dresser. I dont want to keep trashing the place, it was clean and affordable,it was obviously a run down home that was painted, we received what we paid for, in the future we will look for a better home to rent. our host was awesome and attentive to our needs, the owner of this property needs to upgrade, sorry,but its not a quality remodel.

Family vacation

The home was beautiful! Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views from the back yard. Too cool to use the pool, but the outdoor space was great. Comfortable, relaxing space. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Havasu area.

Very nice place!

We had a very nice stay. There are a few cue balls now so you don’t need to bring one. We had teenagers of all ages with us and the billiard table was a great feature. Looking forward to staying there again. Thank you!

Great location!

We had an awesome first trip to Havasu-thank you! The house was clean, the pool table was amazing, and it was very easy to get to the London Bridge area. My main frustration was with heating the pool and jacuzzi. The instructions were incomplete, so it required a lot of our attention to get the heater working properly. The owner was extremely responsive and made every effort to assist though. Great location and room layout! We would definitely stay here again.

Not bad

Only a few problems, $100 per day to heat pool. Only one frying pan and it was awful. For a place that sleeps 12 you need pots and pans!!! It was clean and a great location.

The house had clean simple decor and the layout was perfect for our family. The only recommendation would be to have some kitchen towels. We had to use bathroom hand towels to dry dishes. Also, the garage door is pretty loud when opening and closing but didn’t affect our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay here again in the future.

So they advertise a pool table but no QBall?.. The hot tub was not clean nore was the pool...

The hot was not hot or clean.. the pool was not clean... I had to become a pool guy to get the hot tube hot... the house is nice just a bad moment over the hot tube...

Perfect vacation house!

Loved staying here! Large house, having four bedrooms and 2.5 baths was so awesome, especially when you have a big family! Plenty of living space. Enjoyed having the pool and spa to use everyday along with the mini pool table in the house. Appreciated the extra touches like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and Qtips in the bathrooms and detergent pods for laundry. Stocked kitchen, even had a blender. Only things I noticed were no kitchen was rags or dish towels (but there was a sponge) and there were only two bath towels in each bathroom so we used the pool towels and washed them each day. Would 100% stay here again!
