This was our second time staying here and it didn't disappoint. Mary is an amazing and thoughtful host. She is quick to respond to all communication. The amenities are exactly as stated. It was nice having garage access to keep our car cooler in the heat and a second fridge to use. We will definitely stay again.

We had such a good stay from the beginning to end. I especially appreciated how clean everything was! I usually feel the need to wipe everything down before unpacking but did not feel any need to do that here! Was very impressed! This home basically had plenty of everything you needed as far as extra linens, condiments, and even had a brand new Refrigerator installed the day we checked in. Bbq outside with outside kitchen was totally clean too and everything worked well, we will definitely come back!

Perfect Lake Havasu Getaway: A Comfortable and Inviting Home!

**Review for Lake Havasu City Home**I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic house in Lake Havasu City, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless and well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook both inside and out. After spending a long day enjoying the lake, there was nothing better than relaxing in the pool—such a perfect way to unwind! The showers were refreshing, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after our adventures. Overall, this home provided everything we could have wanted and more. If you're considering a stay in Lake Havasu City, I highly recommend this lovely home. You won't be disappointed!

I love staying at this property. It is a “home” rather than a commercial rental. As the mom - planning and packing, i dont have to worry about the details because everything is there. In addition - its a really fun house for both grown ups and kids alike. I feel like im borrowing the house from a friend :)

A good place for a sunny spring getaway. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and especially the pool table! This is a great place for family fun. The kitchen was well stocked with great options for preparing meals.

Wonderful place to stay

This house was wonderful to stay at, and Mary was the best host! The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Our first day, there was a small issue with the bathroom. I texted Mary to let her know and she had someone over that day to fix it. She is very responsive to any text or question you have. The pool and hot tub were very clean, plenty of pool towels and we had a very relaxing week at her home. The only negative for me was the bed was kind of soft but that’s a personal preference as I like a firmer mattress, there was nothing wrong with the bed. It was a great stay with lots of memories and a very attentive host. You won’t be disappointed if you book at this location.

Great house in Lake Havasu

this was our first time in Lake Havasu and this house was perfect for our family. In a great location and was easy to get around. The house was perfect to come back to after a day of checking out the area. We enjoyed the hot tub quite a bit. The owner was super nice and easy to work with. would stay here again.

Great place!

We had so much fun on our first trip to Havasu! This house was a great find! The location was great, beautiful view, big pool and kitchen, and the rooms were comfortable. We will definitely look for this place again for the next trip out!

Fantastic and Fun -- House and Host

Our family had a blast at the house. Very clean inside and outside, all bedrooms were big and well set up. Kitchen and family area allowed us to all be together while cooking or watching tv. Outdoor kitchen and pool and jacuzzi were all a big hit. Host is very friendly and helpful if anything is needed. Absolutely recommend both house and host!!! We will definitely stay again!!!

Fun Cozy and spacious

Our family had such a great time. Home was clean and there’s plenty of entertainment there for the kids. The host was super responsive and super friendly. We loved the pool, bbq and how close it was to the water. I would say about 7 minute drive. Can’t wait to come back.

AMAZING

We have stayed at this home every time we visit Havasu which has been 4 times. Every time the home is beautiful and welcoming and Mary is just lovely. Highly recommend this home.
