Amazing Havasu Home

Loved this house ! Our family had such an amazing time! The house was so spacious and the pool and barbecue area are perfect! Couldn’t get the kids out of the pool ! We’ll definitely be coming back !

Okay but not far from its rating “exceptional”

Pros - the kitchen is well updated and clean. The beds / pillows are mostly comfortable. Leather couches were also nice and comfortable. Close location to the bridge and Smiths market.Cons - the house had an over powering airwick fragrance which gave me a headache after a few hours. We found them and unplugged them but most of the windows in the house are locked and could not be opened to help air out the smell. Additionally we could still smell that fragrance when we got home on our unworn clothes. The house next door is a hoarder house - furniture, trash, vacuums, etc. are in the front yard. The carpet in the house is old, very worn and stained. There is no cover on the drain in the pool which is a serious safety issue for children. There was a bottle of nearly empty old spice body wash and shampoo in the master bath.We ended up leaving a day early than our reservation because our daughter got sick and the house overall was just not very comfortable. We have family in the area but we would not book this house again.

3rd Annual Havasu Trip 2022

This is the 3rd year we rent a property from Evolve and we love it. The house is fully equipped with just about anything you need to cook any meal, it’s clean, spacious, and really close to lake. We will definitely be returning a 4th year!!!

Best home for a large family in Havasu

Fell in love with this adorable home. It had plenty of room for our large family. We enjoyed the pool and patio as we bbq’d out back. Everything you need was available and the home was extremely clean. It was close to town and the neighbors were very friendly! A definite top pick if you are looking the perfect vacation

Great place to stay in!

The entire booking process was very user friendly and the place was great and easy to get to and also easy to get to town. I wish the pool would’ve been heated for our use, that would’ve pushed this expensive over the top. I’m sure if this is taken into consideration your reviews would be much much better overall!….thank you!

Perfect Location for Jet Ski Races

We are sponsors & participates of the Mark Hahn 300 Endurance Annual race, we hosted family & friends and the parents of one of the racers. The garage is perfect for your watercrafts, open floor plan is great for family time, the beds are really comfortable after a long day on the water especially this time of year and the drive to the race site @ crazy horse campground is perfect because we could hit the grocery store & coffe shops along the way. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for a great stay.

We really love the open space in the kitchen and the garage! The backyard was awesome too! We would definitely stay here again if we ever head back to Havasu. Everything is close by and the lake is just a few blocks away!

Perfect stay!!

We were in town for our son's baseball tournament. We travel and stay in VRBO homes a lot. Our family LOVED this house. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and everything was easy to use. Also, pictures are exactly how the house is, which is refreshing! A wonderful home and hosts were super friendly!!

Well equipped home

Home was very clean and there was nothing that we needed during our stay that wasn’t available to cook all our meals. Neighborhood was very quiet and plenty of parking. Plenty of towels and linens and pool was relaxing in the evenings.

Beautiful house!

I stayed here with my family for the weekend and everyone loved this house. The decor is really cute and it’s spacious enough for a larger group. It had plenty of parking for our two boats and three trucks. We also loved that the House was close to everything! Only a short 5 minute drive to dock your boat. Will for sure stay here next time we’re in Havasu.

Great home for everyone!!

House was great for our whole family. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything was brand new! Owner was very responsive answered every call and when we needed a poool skimmer she had one sent over right away. Still needs a few things but I’m positive owner will get them. We would definitely recommend this house and can’t wait to stay here again!!!!
