Newly updated this 4-season rental comfortably SLEEPS 8 with, 1 King master, 1 Queen Bed on first floor and 4 Bunk Beds. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious living room, large breakfast bar and large dining room table there is plenty of room for the whole family to have fun and enjoy a relaxing lakeside escape.

FAMILY FUN LOCATION! This gorgeous home away from home is a few steps from Big Boulder Lake, less than a 4 min walk to Boulder Lake Club and Boulder View Tavern, 0.8 miles from Big Boulder Ski Resort, and minutes away from all your outdoor adventure needs. In season you and your family can enjoy Big Boulder Lake Club with the 8 passes INCLUDED with your stay! The Lake Club is open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day with amenities such as: Beach area, Heated Pools, Kiddie Pool, Tennis, Volleyball, Badminton, Cornhole, Fishing, Boat Rentals, and more!

ACTIVITIES: You can hike through Hickory Run State Park, or visit the Hawk Falls for an amazing photo op. Take a ride on the scenic Jim Thorpe Train, or just visit the must-see town! Nearby Split Rock Resort offers an indoor water park, golf, restaurants, miniature golf and other fun activities such as Wine & Beer Festivals available throughout the year.

DINING: If you’re not in the mood to spend time in the kitchen or outside grilling, there are some amazing local restaurants to visit. Our Poconos stay

We had a few hiccups after checking in but our host answered quickly and solved any issues. Place was clean and as described. We used pocono linens for our sheets and towels as suggested and they were waiting for us upon check in. The kids loved the bunk beds! The board games came in handy for our rainy days. Overall it was a good experience. Lake was beautiful and lots to see and do around the area. We had a terrific week. It did get a bit too hot a couple of nights so maybe bring extra fans as there’s no ac.

Great end of ski season stay

We had a great weekend here at the end of ski season. The townhouse is comfortable, has a well stocked kitchen and is perfectly set up for a family stay. We enjoyed the games and books! Definitely one of our favorites we have rented in the development. Great communication with the owners.

Great Place!

We went up to enjoy the fall foliage in late October and it was beautiful! The apartment was located right by the lake so we were able to take a short little walk to get there and it was fantastic! We also were close to several really nice hikes, highly recommend exploring this area during the change of the leaves!! The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, I will definitely be staying here again any time I’m coming to the Pocono area, 10/10 recommend.

Great location!

Great location - 3 minute walk to the Boulder Lake Club. Meredith (host) had great communication and responded quickly every time. The unit doesn't have central AC, but there are fans in each bedroom, so we stayed comfortable our entire stay (mid July). We would definitely recommend this rental and plan to stay in the future!

Fun Family getaway!

We loved staying at this property! It was the perfect size for our group including kids. The house has plenty of space and is very well maintained. It’s a great location - walking distance to the lake club which is a great included amenity. The owner was responsive to all my questions before arrival. We can’t wait to go back!

Great Place to Stay

This is a great home with a wonderful location. Right by the lake and swimming pool for summer rentals and very close to ski locations for winter rentals. The owner is great to work with and check in was easy. There are some really nice restaurants close by and everything is convenient. The home is cozy, well decorated, and has good bedroom layouts. Loved the big living room and fireplace. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Amazing Lake/Mountain Getaway

This house and location were perfect for our family getaway. We were able to take a 15 min drive to Jim Thorpe for a train ride and walk around the town. The house was a small walking trail away from the lake and beach which was perfect for our 2 and 6 year old to go play. The sandy beach was an added bonus lakeside. It was a little cold for the pools but we definitely want to come back and take advantage of them next trip. We were able to find some awesome hiking trails and check out some waterfalls. Our daughters loved their loft bedroom and bunk beds. The house was super comfy and perfect for our family to unwind for the weekend. We will be back!

Good not great

The townhouse has many pluses. It is in a great location. Walkable to the Lake Club and restaurant. It has a pretty view out back and we enjoyed being on the back patio. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and utensils. The property owner had good communication prior to our stay and even offered us an early check-in. However, the townhome definitely needs some updates and fixes. It is not bad, but it's not perfect as other reviews stated. I did email the property owner when I returned with a list of items that need repair or replacement. The response was "if you would have called we would have fixed them". I understand that but no one wants to spend their vacation doing that unless it's urgent. Overall, I feel that for the rate we paid that the home should have been in better condition...bathroom doors that close all the way, a functional bureau, outlets that work, bathtubs that drain etc.) Also, the listing did not say that the a/c was a portable a/c in the master bedroom upstairs only. Luckily, we didn't need it on our week.

Girls Weekend

It was a pleasure staying here. It was close to all activities and restaurants. It was a prime location. I wish the lake was swimmable at the time we stayed, but other than that, it was a prefect stay.

The location of this property is excellent for some time in the Lake Harmony and surrounding area. Really quiet for sleeping at night. The property is showing its age. The interior was very clean, but it could use some upkeep of the outdoor areas to make it more welcoming. Also be prepared to bring little things like sugar for your morning coffee.

Fun, relaxing, cozy lakeside vacation

First time trip to the Poconos and we really enjoyed staying at this property. Beautiful, clean, and a very comfortable and cozy home with a close walk to the lake. We enjoyed our short commute to horseback riding, shopping at the outlets, and night snow tubing. Conviently located near restaurants as well. The owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Don’t hesitate to book this property and you will be glad that you did !
