"Very nice place. We weren’t there much as we were visiting our son on Crooked Lake . Two minor things that we didn’t mention on our critique sheet were that 1. Needs Kleenex in each bathroom 2. When we are paying this much for the use of your VRBO we didn’t think we should have to wash the dishes. No one could tell, then, if they were properly cleaned! Beds were great and living room was perfect! "

"Property was as advertised. Very clean, pet friendly with a fenced yard. Backyard was nice with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Wi-Fi worked well. I was able to connect all devices with good speed. Close access to lakes and trails."

"This place is just adorable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make meals with. The backyard is perfect if you are bringing a dog. Its complete with a doggy door. There are plenty of places to sleep for your whole family. The bathroom was cute and i loved the details of the home the owners put into it. "The cabin was very cute and cozy! It was a perfect stay for the family with access to the private beach. Checking in was a breeze and the host responded right away to answer any questions. We all had a great time!"

"Exactly as advertised. It’s a cottage. Shower is small but reasonable. A bit of an odd layout but serviceable for a couple. If I had a single surprise it was that there wasn’t a door to the bedroom. Not a big deal unless one of you has insomnia and is wandering half the night. We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. There was a ln area power outage in the area and our hosts were right there letting us know there was an issue and making sure we were ok"

"Stayed at the Perch for a long Holiday weekend. The area is mostly quiet. Jeannie the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house was clean and well supplied. We did not have contact with the local care keeper, a couple messages were not returned. Perch lake is a very small lake, a pontoon ride around the lake would take 30 min. or less. "This whole property was wonderful! The house was spotless, comfortable, well-maintained, and had all we needed. There was plenty of room for two of us, and also to have our granddaughters spend the night. There was a lovely patio with a fire pit, wood, fire starters and marshmallow sticks provided. The host was friendly and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for more."

"What a wonderful peaceful stay we had at this lovely cabin in the woods. It had every thing we needed, and more. Very clean and well taken care of. Very private and secluded. We stayed a couple of nights and did not want to leave. Perfect location for food, hiking and shopping but still felt away from everything."
