"Room door locks difficult to open. Carpet worn with patches. Breakfast sparse. Facilities need upgrades if you to call it a Baymont. Should let customers know that you are calling a old hotel a new Baymont"

"Room could have been cooler."

"Way overpriced for the quality, beds didn't have comforters just sheets and a thin fuzzy blanket. Shampoo was empty, hand soap was empty, 2 towels in a room that sleeps 4, every outlet in the room kept tripping after a few minutes of having stuff plugged in. Hallway smelled like backed up sewage. When we called the front desk for soaps and towels since everything was empty they told us to come to the front desk rather than bring it up to our room like every other hotel would. Also waited about...

"The room was clean but there was a sewer smell from the shower drain."

"Good location for easy access to the I-35 corridor. Could hear the interstate noise, however, and although I had reserved a king bed room, they only had 2 queen bed rooms available. The room had a mildew smell, damp carpet and cracked sink."

"Need better breakfast everyone always gives pancakes if we had better breakfast we would of stayed longer and the sun is very hotel a cover over the pool to counteract that would be great to use all day but it’s hot couldn’t get in til 6 pm and on. The room needs to be requested to have the ac on also when you get there it doesn’t feel good coming from all that heat to have to wait for your room to get cold that’s what reservations are for it meant we were coming I wanted a cold room."
