"Place had very little seating outside anywhere, even though it had a nice wide balcony on both floors. I booked a day ahead, but still could not get a ground floor room for a person wearing a prosthetic limb. Guess all the abled body people need the ground floor and the staff did not hold back any ground floor rooms for anyone with a mobility issue. "Reservation was easy through website, upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk clerk who a very pleasant voice when you are so very tired. I was checked in expeditiously, and informed of all the amenities including breakfast times. Went up to my room extremely clean, already cooling down (which is a perk these days) well stocked and I felt a little hungry. They have a little store with some frozen foods, snacks and sundries. Overall a very good stay, I will use this hotel in futur travels."

"The room was okay. Staff at front needs to learn how to provide proper directions. Did not eat breakfast or use bar. I left 300 am in the morning. Hotel could use some updating. No USB access to charge phone in room only if you have a plug in box. They can change the lamps and use lamps that have USB port. The bed was comfortable room 125 I must say."

"The room was stuffy. It was hot out and the air had a hard time keeping up during the day. The bathroom door would not close because the toilet was in the way and would not allow it to do so."

"My check-in was quick and the room was ready. The property was clean, room was spacious and the beds were soft. I must admit that I slept so good in that bed! Breakfast was pretty decent. The staff was nice and helpful. No complaints at all for Quality Inn, the family and I enjoyed our stay."

"It was in west memphis so we had to take a taxi to go to graceland and the airport was 20 30 minutes recommend The taxi what the hotel used Kumar by the desk was so friendly and come in time and very helpfull did not know what to do without him staff was helpfull and room was clean .there is a casino nearby"
