"We were a group of 8 fairly experienced hikers from the Monument/Co Springs area wanting to knock out the 5 big peaks in this area. We absolutely loved this location as it was perfect launch spot for all of our hikes allowing us to get early start and make it back for a shower/bath and make dinner before heading out the next morning. "This is the cutest little place in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed for our 10 day stay and even extra amenities such as a full complement of spices and several games. They were so accommodating for our little pup too. I would highly recommend this place so you have easy walking access to Lake City’s downtown and several restaurants. "

"We were in town for the Telluride Jazz Festival. Great location, spotless rooms, comfy bed, better than average hotel breakfast. Best part was it was only a 10-15 minute walk from our room to the Town Park stage. Parked the car when got in and it didn’t move until we left. Will definitely stay here again."

"Everything about the place was great, but I did miss having air conditioning. The area offers a wide variety of food options suitable for all age groups. They even have an oxygen bar available, which can be helpful if you experience any breathing difficulties due to the high altitude. The scenic beauty here is simply unbeatable!"

"It was a great time in Telluride. The walk out behind the condo has awesome views. It was small for our family of 6 but made us be together and keep the condo tidy. "

"We booked Neal's place for the Telluride Bluegrass festival and it worked out great. It was about a 15 minute walk to the festival and in a good location. The place was as advertised and accommodated our party of 10. Guest parking instructions were a bit confusing but worked out okay for us."

"We loved the beautiful location and access to the pool and hot springs. The breakfast buffet was also great. The RV bed was comfortable but the pull out sofa bed was a little rough. We loved that it was walkable to the Main Street and would definitely stay there again, "

"Open, spacious, well-featured! Perfect for accompanying Ouray hut to hut system hike! There were 7 women and we each had our own space and bed! The city of Ridgeway was not far and Ridgeway had great restaurants to facilitate our stay around the dehydrated food we mostly ate on the hike! Fantastic views!! And wildlife!!!"
