Welcome to our spacious and modern 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat nestled within a charming new subdivision just a short drive from downtown Lake Charles. With its contemporary design and brand-new appliances, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your getaway.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, our home is ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing escape. Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished for comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration.

One of the highlights of our property is the serene pond located right in our backyard. Spend your mornings casting lines and enjoying the tranquility of catch-and-release fishing, or simply relax by the water's edge with a book and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.

Inside, the open-concept living space is perfect for gathering together. After a day of adventure, unwind in the comfortable living room, complete with a large TV and plenty of seating for movie nights or catching up with loved ones.

Conveniently situated just 15 minutes from downtown Lake Charles, our home offers easy access to the city's vibrant dining and entertainment options. Whether you're exploring the local attractions or simply enjoying the tranquility of our pond-side oasis, our home provides the perfect base for your Lake Charles getaway.
* NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house - $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house.
* PETS - $100 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Pets allowed: Dogs and/or cats. No bigger than 20 pounds.
* PARKING- parking space available for 2 midsize vehicles inside garage and 2 on the driveway. Absolutely NO blocking neighbors' driveways (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
* NO PACKAGE DELIVERY - We are not responsible for any packages delivered to this address.

Amazing

The house is in a beautiful area, with a well maintained Fishing pond right out back! The house was very clean and welcoming. The owner answered messages very quickly, and was very helpful. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE STAYING IN TGE AREA! We will definitely be back!

Great little stay

The home is perfect for a stay no matter the length. It’s a great house with a perfect set up for guests. It was only two of us there, but the house is set up for several people if needed. It is always nice to have a home over a hotel. The kitchen was wonderful. We noticed something was missing and the host brought it to the house quickly!I highly recommend this place! Thanks for the great stay!

Sunset Hideaway

We arrived and the property was nice, but it was not clean!! There was pet hair all over the couch and the dining room floor. Which is very unacceptable! (I quickly recorded it and sent it to the property manager) they responded quickly and sent someone over to vacuum it up, but due to my allergies I could not stay so we checked out. We were issued a refund.

Great Location

Location was great for us being close to Lake Charles and Coushatta where we were golfing. House was clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to access from interstate. All the beds and pillows were comfy. Recommend if you are looking to be right outside of Lake Charles .
