"My only complaint, if you want to call it one, was that it was much colder upstairs than downstairs. We didn’t attempt to adjust the temperature, as advised prior to check in. However, I also did not call the Hostess. We were only there 3 nights and this small detail did not hamper our stay at all. The house is lovely; very clean and extremely well supplied. Recommend the small upcharge to get the pool heated for this time of year. It was wonderful. The location was great. Close the Disney,...

"House was lovely! We enjoyed our time here. It’s very close to Disney World, only about a 15 minute drive. My only concern was that I paid for the pool to be heated and it never reached above 77 degrees. I reported this a couple of times and was told everything was working as it should. I would not pay the extra for that again. The community pool and lazy river were nice and warm and very fun! Other than that, lovely stay! "
