"This was a very cute bungalow. It's old but well maintained. There was a roach in the bathroom, not the big cockroach but a small roach. I didn't see any signs of uncleanliness anywhere in the home, so we chalked it up to coming from outside. This isn't the best neighbor but we enjoyed ourselves. I'm prior military myself and many military installations aren't in the most desirable areas. It was convenient to the base, which was my primary reason for being here. Staff was very accommodating and...

"Description accurate! Huge, spacious; tons of room (and rooms!)! Family loved it…we each had our own room:) Pool was great; hot tub relaxing. Could use a bit of updating; but, had a great time! Worth it!"

"We were there for a horse show and it was the perfect place after a long day at the show. "

"Property is clean & well kept. Host is on site, polite & quick to respond. Camper is in their driveway (not a campground). Privacy isn't an issue.The lake is 2 to 3 blocks from the property.The factory mattresses were the biggest disappointment. "

"This place is extremely impressive and was clearly made for parties. We stayed 4 nights for a 50th birthday with a mix of 12-14 friends, relatives and kids. The main house is very nice, clean, and air conditioned, and was perfect to allow kids and people wanting to go to bed earlier to get a great nights sleep and be happy. Meanwhile, the people who wanted to party all night could be in the party house having a great old time and not disturb those other folks at all. The party house is...

"Check in was super easy! House was cleaned and looked just like the picture. Beds were super comfortable. The house was very roomy and warming. The upper deck was nice and the view of the lake was beautiful! We brought our pontoon boat and docked it at their pier and that made it more fun! Overall, our stay was very nice and I'd definitely stay there again!! The hosts were very fast with responding. "

"Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. "

"We had an amazing time at this property! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick, friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet still peaceful and relaxing. We truly felt at home and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!"

"We stayed for 5 days for a Navy Graduation. This is close to the naval base. We rented a car, which made getting around easy. The house is super clean. The beds are comfortable. A big dining table that fit all of us-5 adults and a baby. It was great to have a play pen for the baby available. The host answered any message quickly and politely. We would stay here again if we were in the area again. "

"Clean, fully equipped with sporting/recreational stuff, loads of bedrooms and bathrooms. The only real negative is that almost all the bathrooms are attached to bedrooms. Pickle ball, basketball, cornhole, volleyball, pool table, kayaks, all great. Perfect for a large group."

"The owner was super easy to communicate with and the property was wonderful. Came for Navy graduation. It was about 15 min to base. It took a few minutes to find alley entrance north of home to get to parking in the back but everything was great."

"Everything was as described. House was very spacious and comfortable. This was a work trip but it was a nice place to relax in the evening. Enjoyed the back yard and grilling out for dinner. Would definitely stay here again. Kevin "
