    Tucked into the pines of Lake Arrowhead, this three-story mountain lodge is built for groups who want to do it all — and relax hard between adventures. With space for up to 8 guests, a game room that rivals any lodge, an infrared sauna, wrap-around deck with mountain views, and a location minutes from skiing, hiking, and the Lake Arrowhead Village, this home checks every box.

    The Layout
    Spread across three levels, the home gives every group room to spread out without stepping on each other.
    The main living level greets you with an open-concept great room flooded with natural light. Large windows frame the tree-lined mountain scenery while the living room flows into a well-appointed dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a six-burner range — serious enough for a group feast, easy enough for a quick breakfast before the slopes. A full bathroom on this level keeps things convenient for day-trippers coming in off the deck.
    Step out onto the wrap-around deck for morning coffee or evening dining under the stars.
    Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath — perfect for families or friend groups who want a little separation. A loft with additional twin beds adds flexible sleeping space that younger guests especially love.
    The ground-floor suite is a destination of its own: a king bed, queen + bunk configuration, private ¾ bath, and direct access to the game room. Speaking of which — foosball, pool table, ping pong, and board games all live down here, making it the natural gathering spot for anyone who's not on the deck.

We spent four nights here and it was truly magical. Nestled in the forest, this home has such beautiful energy the second you walk in, and you can tell the owners really love this place. The sheets and pillowcases were spotless and the beds were comfortable.The layout worked perfectly for our group. Downstairs was great for our teenagers, and upstairs the open living room, dining room, and kitchen kept everyone connected. The kids' room had twin beds and a whimsical little ladder-staircase up to a cozy loft nook that felt like something out of a storybook.We loved the split unit AC, every bedroom had its own temperature control. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans for cooking and baking. We loved the sweet coffee and tea nook. The upstairs shower has a big window looking right into the forest, so beautiful. One of our days was rainy, which just made everything feel cozier. The winding forrest roads are so gorgeous to drive slow on to take it all in, i love how all the homes light up at night. We explored the Village, walked by the water, took kids to the candy store. Drove to Big Bear for the Alpine Slide and had a picnic at Big Bear Lake Veterans Park. I highly reccomend Lake Arrowhead Brewing CO.Small note: my niece was obsessed with the dollhouse but wishes it had more dolls and furniture ;) she had alot to say about that. Hosts were quick to respond and left a book of local recommendations that was so helpful. Highly recommend, we hope to stay again!!

The communication with the host (or at least the sweet girl who worked for the host) was amazing. We had a lock out issue and she came to the site to get my husband inside ASAP and was kind enough to give us late check out to make up for that. We truly appreciated that as we were staying here while on a work trip. The home itself could have been cleaner, was missing a knob on the oven, a part on the kitchen sink faucet kept falling off, shower tub combo jack & jill bathroom did not drain well, and there was this home alarm system thing that kept beeping to the point of us having to unplug it as the sound was scaring our senior dog. There isn't much if any grass space for a dog to go potty. The home AC worked very well in all areas and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. I cooked while there and they had everything I needed - and more! I will say it was 12/10 on the kitchen preparedness factor. There were also comforts that I didn't use but noticed - multiple hair dryers available, tons of extra blankets, games for kids, a pack and play sort of crib thing upstairs. The downstairs laundry area had extra everything - we didn't need it but it was SO nice to know it was there. We met the neighbor next door during our stay and he was very pleasant. There is ample space for a family to use if they are considering this property. All considered - we would stay here again!
