"They said the cooker was broken however we feel that they should have had someone to repair it asap. We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. "Perfect location for our half way stop on NC 500 so glad we had sunshine as the roads to the cottage would be challenging in bad weather. We did try to drive down to the beach for sunset but missed the turning and ended up stuck behind a herd of cows. It was good to light a fire have a drink and warm up a pizza. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we forgave it because everything else was so good ( and we do usually sleep on king size vspring which is difficult to match away from home) "

"The property was amazing very cozy the conservatory was nice place to relax after a long day. It wasnt far from anything we had wanted. We felt bad about leaving some bottles in a box cause we didnt see a recycling bin for them. Until when we were leaving we had saw to leave at a plant which we had no idea where and no time to take. But other than that would recommend to anybody for a getaway 10/10. "

"This is a fantastic get away don't expect Wi-Fi or luxury this is as far as getting to be a crofter as you will get, stone floors log fire beautiful scenery, although you do have electric so there are heaters but it is very comfy no TV and of course no shower but their is a bath. I loved it the wife loved it and so did the dog we definitely hope to go back. "

"Lovely property in a wonderfully remote location. The cottage was warm and cosy and communication with Daisy was excellent. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the views from the bench in the garden were outstanding.Highly recommended."

"This is a wonderful rental and location. The east coast of Scotland is very nice, and there are no midges in June!! The cottage is located in a wonderful location with a short walk to a small waterfall. The cottage is very comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed."
