  • Imagínese despertar con las hermosas vistas del océano. Disfruta de esta hermosa casa adosada que se encuentra a 25 pies del océano y a poca distancia de Lahaina. Puamana es una comunidad cerrada al sur de Lahaina. La comunidad de 30 acres está bien cuidada con exuberantes jardines y paisajes tropicales. Si está allí durante la temporada de mango, los mangos frescos son fructíferos en la oficina de Puamana. Para sus necesidades recreativas, Puamana tiene 3 piscinas, una con vista al océano y canchas de tenis.

    La casa tiene una configuración abierta y acogedora y es realmente un lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de unas vacaciones. Grandes controles deslizantes abiertos abren todo el espacio de la pared en el lado del océano, lo que hace que parezca que estás justo en el borde del océano. La vista abierta en toda la casa permite que brille el sol, ya sea en las habitaciones o en la sala de estar.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada con una isla de mármol y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Se puede cocinar y seguir disfrutando de la vista del océano.

    El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama queen size y tiene vista al océano. Las puertas deslizantes se abren a la terraza para que pueda bañarse en el sillón. El baño principal tiene una ducha de mármol abierta con un cabezal de ducha jumbo.

    Los 2 de los 3 dormitorios adicionales también tienen camas queen size, el 3er dormitorio tiene 2 gemelos. El dormitorio del segundo piso tiene su baño personal y el ático tiene un baño adicional con ducha de mármol y cabezal de ducha manual. Uno de los dormitorios en el ático también tiene vistas al océano.

Beautiful location and property. Celebrated a birthday with family and friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and felt like we were home. Watching the sunset while enjoying a home cooked meal on the back porch was fantastic. Great place for a family vacation.

Great condo in an absolute gorgeous location. Very peaceful and private feeling. Perfect spot for relaxing and watching whales after long day of sight seeing.

This place was perfect for our family! We had 7 of us and each couple, and the individual, had their own room. The views are amazing and the beach at low tide is really nice. We enjoyed the nice open downstairs and it was a fantastic place for us to gather. We were concerned about how the area of Lahaina would look from the fire 3 years ago, but were pleasantly surprised to see how well it has come back. This section of the neighborhood was unaffected, so it's beautiful. The pool by the ocean is really nice too! The home is showing some signs of getting older as the screen on the Master bedroom door has separated and there are other small cosmetic issues. We had to call twice to have the window air conditioning unit in the Master Bedroom fixed, but they came out quickly each time. The views and location far outweigh any negatives.

The beach view is awesome and the second story balcony view is breathe taking. However the furniture needs updating. Lounge chairs are not comfortable and the chairs on 1st floor patio have no cushion. Again view is awesome but chair in living room that reclines the back leg is about to break. Master bedroom patio door does not lock- during the night a towel rack fell off the wall in the master bedroom bathroom. Very loud sound in the dead of the night. Also air conditioning quit working in 2nd bedroom upstairs- all plugs were to the same circuit lights, outlets, air-conditioning, etc. Most outlets would spark when trying to charge cell phones.We only had 3 hand towels total for 8 people- 1 each would be nice. The view and the fact that it is accessible to the beach does help but the inside of the house needs a little up keep.

Our family recently stayed at this incredible beach front property in Maui! Unfortunately our trip started during the flooding in March 2026, so the pools were closed for a few days and we couldn’t swim in the beach in front of the property, but it was central to many other beaches, perfect location to check out the coastline and has everything we needed! The house could use a few updates, but you can’t beat the view. We saw countless whales from our patio and balcony and the sunsets are remarkable. The only thing that would have made our stay better was staying another week! Hope to come back soon!

Worst vacation rental property of any I have stayed at anywhere in the World. Condo flooded on the first floor. Property manager, host NOR VRBO would help. Always have a backup plan onbyoir own if you use VRBO.

The host replied to my messages very quickly. The house was amazing and the view was amazing. We saw whales every day. We had some crumby weather so we weren’t able to use the pool. I think we had the best view out of all of the houses. The house was huge! Perfect for 6 people. If I ever come back I would definitely stay there again!!!

CheckIn took a little bit. We were unable to get ahold of the host right away. The lock had to be rebooted. But once we got ahold of her it was easy. That stuff happens. The place was very clean. Comfortable. The location was ideal! And the VIEW WAS… no words. The whale watching was awesome. I would recommend this rental to ANYONE. It’s fab

Breathtaking views of the Pacific and Lanai right from your own lanai! This roomy rental was perfect for our multigenerational party of 8. Community amenities were fantastic, and the flat green space behind the property is perfect. Overall, a great spot in an amazing location. That said, these are some important considerations:-This is a three story unit. LOTS of steps. All of the AC is window/wall units and it will be hot when you walk in the door. It does cool down quick. -Having multiple vehicles results in additional charges, and this is not specified. -Both the grill and the stove top have issues getting to temperature. Not dealbreakers, but you should know for planning your meals.The properties in this community are old and beachside, and as such suffer from pest management challenges. Be on the lookout for cockroaches and mice.

This is one of those places that makes you think "oh yeah, i could live here!". The location and view are amazing. Being able to slide open the doors so you have an unobstructed view of the ocean is only matched by getting to hear the waves crash right there on the beach. The property itself was amazing and had enough space for us, our three children and their grandparents. We found plenty of beach toys, pool floaties, and snorkel masks so we could enjoy the water. There are two pools on the property, one has an amazing view but is a little cooler and the other was just right for the kids to swim in even when it was raining. Located at the bottom of Lahaina, it was easy to get to the grocery store and all the amazing western Maui beaches were less than 30 min away. Diane was very friendly, communicative, and responsive. We didn’t have any issues while we were there but she was great about answering all my questions before we got there in a speedy manner. Already thinking about going back to the same place!

The house was very comfortable and fit our family of seven perfectly. The views were fabulous! We had had everything we needed! We had a great time in Maui.

Great location! Family friendly!

We loved this property. It was the perfect location. The big grass area in front made it perfect for the kids and the beach is just steps away. From the outdoor lanai you could see whales as well as the amazing sunsets. I highly recommend this location for a family vacation.

Family Vacation

The property and community in which it is located is beautiful and well maintained. We loved the convenience of walking out on the lanai and directly to beach access. We are a family of 6 adults and 1 child (14 months old) and enjoyed the ease of the townhouse, yard and beach. The community is quiet and located within walking distance to Lahaina dining/shopping district. This location was a great find for our family.

Paradise

Perfect location. We have rented same condo before and same condo complex another time. Owner was a stickler for not refunding us when covid hit (all others in our group were refunded with no problem), but made good on allowing us to use the credit later. We will definitely be back as we love this area.

Family vacation

Stunning location. We watched many beautiful sunsets & star gazing. Short walk to the pools. Short drive to Lahaina. We would have liked more outdoor chairs to use on the 2nd floor lani. The switch plate in main bath over sink needs to be fixed as well as the door to the room but, that is minor compared to the location.

Almost exceptional

Puamana Estates is a fantastic community and this condo has a great location and gorgeous view. Truly wonderful on those points! But I felt for the price, the unit itself is in need of some TLC to replace the worn out furniture, kitchen ware, broken blinds, scuffs and scratches etc. It really could be a gem. We appreciated the beach gear and still had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay!

Can't beat the view !

Prenominal view and quiet location toward the end of this complex. A bit far from the pools and clubhouse, but worth the walk. The unit was a bit worn and lacking (Stove was old and difficult to work as the labels on the knobs were worn off and one burner did not always work. Shortage of hand towels and washclothes. but offset by a good accumulation of spices from other visitors. ) All and all it was a beautiful week!
