"Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. "

"One night stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Love the location and proximity to restaurants and downtown. Parking on-site was excellent. Hotel is clean and comfortable."

"Only had two nights, but loved the location, the views and proximity to the Pacific. The home was great, close to much of what Laguna has to offer. We enjoyed the patio, the firepit and the coastal access immensely "

"Being so close to the beach and a tub for the kids, not to mention the outdoor shower and foot rinse available before stepping into the house was really advantageous. Also enjoyed the fire pit at night while the kids were asleep which was close enough to hear if they woke up/needed anything. "

"Loved our stay. Perfect home for two couples. Amazing walkability to restaurants, beach, art and shopping. Definitely want to come again."

"The place was absolutely beautiful perfectly located. Karen is such a sweet and gracious host. So helpful. I can’t wait to go back. "

"The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of the beaches and all of the dining venues. The lady at the front desk, Marie, was very helpful and positive. Hotel and rooms very clean and staff vey friendly. The Southwest architectural design of the building was very different from the normal hotel appearances- very welcoming and charming. If back in the area in the future we will gladly stay here again."

"I already reviewed this once, but will repeat my comments. This hotel has a great location, but it is really in need of major upgrades. Security was a big concern: there were several gates from the parking lot and street that were kept unlocked at all times; anyone could get in without passing the front desk. There were card readers on the room doors but they were not operational. My mattress was old and I could feel all the metal springs. I had to cover it with extra pillows in order to sleep....

"We highly recommend this lovely unit! It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Excellent communication from the host from booking to check-out. Five Stars!"

"My husband & I enjoyed some time with our adult daughters and this place was perfect for us.Even better than advertised! We all loved the amazing views and sound of the crashing waves. It was the perfect location with the grocery store across the street and being within walking distance to a lot of cute shops and restaurants.We would definitely book this place again. Thanks for a wonderful time!"
