Excellent location: walk to Heisler Park, Crescent Bay Park, downtown/restaurants, Pageant of the Masters. Pavilions market nearby as well as several SB coastal trolley stops. Clean and well-stocked room, free parking provided. Communicative property manager responds promptly to questions/concerns. Overall great experience!

Beautiful cottage, cozy, comfortable, very well-equipped with thoughtful details. Well-appointed, decorated very tastefully with gorgeous antique furniture and art. The kitchen was also well-equipped and the surrounding gardens are so beautiful and well-kept. Also, only 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Just lovely and beautiful, we hope to return soon as a family. Also, Connie was very helpful and communicative. 10/10!

Had a wonderful stay here with friends! Great location. Not on the beach, but it is an easy walk to the beach. The unit had everything we needed and was clean. Would recommend and stay here again.

Everything about this place was perfect. We plan to go there again and again. Close to everything downtown, one block from the beach, easy to book, easy to get in, the place has such a rich and cool vibe. Thank you so much!

Clean, good location within easy walks of beaches, reasonable rate. Parking is a bit tight but ok, and a necessity in Laguna Beach. Having a full fridge and kitchen is useful, and rooms are a good size. Overall, a place I would book again.

I would definitely recommend this place. The place was cutely decorated, clean, accessible to beaches and downtown, and Connie was very flexible, accommodating, and understanding with me.

Exceeded expectations!

This was a pleasant discovery in our search for a weekend relaxing stay at Laguna Beach. The grounds are beautiful, the cottage was private and quiet. Easy walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Th amenities were very nice and beds very comfy. We are investigating a future stay with a family gathering.

Nice quiet location. Sort of a B&B without any breakfast. Went to Urth Caffe for breakfast. Nicely decorated. Good WIFI and AC. Small shower but lots of hot water and pressure. Parking is limited.

Great place to stay in Laguna Beach close to everything. Room is very quaint. Well stocked with everything you need. Kitchen faucet needs repair.

We loved all the cozy pillows and everything was comfy! The cottage was decorated so cute! The gardens were beautiful! The beach across the street was gorgeous and everything was within walking distance. We want to thank Connie for the upgrade, she was so nice and wanted us to be comfortable.

Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase.

Our host Connie was extremely rude, I was losing connection while speaking to her over the phone regarding a early check in and when I told her the call was breaking up nicely, she irritably screamed into the phone what she had to say. Later when we asked for the wifi password she was also very rude about it I mentioned please and thank you when asking for it in the message to her and she still told me to say please?? Also the place was advertised slightly bigger which was a let down. Also the floor had damage to where you could see into the subfloor. The room was also not cleaned throughly because we found someone’s dirty underwear they left behind. Disgusting. I can give that the location was placed very closely to the beach and lots of pots, pans and utensils. But overall not the best stay.

Absolutely lovely

I have stayed in Laguna many times, but this was my first stay at Arabella. I booked the smallest studio, which was cozy, comfortable, and just perfect for me. Having a kitchen was so wonderful! It had everything I needed, and Pavilions market is just down the street. So much nicer that having to eat out the entire time. :) The garden is lovely and inviting, and it was quiet and peaceful during my stay. I never encountered management while I was there, but parking and checking in/out instructions were clear and easy. I look forward to my next stay at Arabella.

The place is super cute and really comfortable! The two things that need to be fixed are. 1. The musty smell. It’s super moist inside, and while I don’t think it’s mold. Our clothes smell and everything smells musty from being inside. 2. The shades they have aren’t a 100% privacy. So at night, with lights on, you can see inside. Even the bedroom. If those two things were fixed, I’d only ever go there. The property is secluded and a 2 min walk to the beach. 15 min (if you walk slow) to downtown.

First, the room number needs to be more visible. I have to ask a Gas to help me look for the room number. Secondly, the water in the shower was not hot. It was more like lukewarm. I called the office to voice my concern. I did not get a call back. Very disappointing.
