"Great location, nice property but needs some TLC to a few things inside and outside. Overall great stay!!"

"We had a nice time at Lagoon City, an older neighborhood where every place is on a canal (lagoon). Easy walk to a nice beach and the neighborhood was very quiet, so we could hear all of the birds in the morning. Also an easy drive to Mariposa, the festival we were going to in Orillia. Unfortunately the restaurant near the beach was closed, but we ate in when we weren’t at the festival. We did not get a chance to meet the owner, but she reached out to see if we needed anything. "

"We just spent a boys weekend here and it couldn’t have been better. The cottage is spacious, super clean, and really well equipped. The view of Lake Simcoe from the patio is unreal, especially at sunset. We made full use of the sauna and the BBQ got a lot of use too. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had more than enough space. Loved the big dining area and the open kitchen, perfect for group meals. Also appreciated how fast the Wi-Fi was and how much parking there was for five cars....

"The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. The upstairs is very odd with a railing around a hole in the middle. Pretty much a waste of space. The railings should be...

"Great home for a long weekend ice fishing getaway. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room area. The home was perfect for the guys to have a bonding weekend with our kids ice fishing.The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and relaxing after a long day on the ice. The owner was very responsive to questions and we had a great rentalThis is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ve enjoyed both trips. Already looking to book again...

"My friend and I had a very comfortable stay at this location. Excellent cleanliness and Jesse was extremely helpful, available, and good to communicate with. "Spent 3 days and 2 nights here with my family and 2 dogs. The house is beautiful inside and out. Very modern looking. Has a very luxurious feel!The check-in process was flawless. No hassle, Mary was very prompt with her responses and very detailed as well.The house is very well equipped, you dont have to bring much at all except for food and additional cooking ingredients if you plan to use the kitchen.We unfortunately were not able to enjoy the dock as much due to the low water level, but there...

"Very comfortable arrangement, host is extremely nice and helpful. During the summer months it may get a little hot since there is no ac, but there are multiple fans provided. The water was extremely clear and easy access, with some provided pool floats.Very beautiful and worth the money, highly recommend!"

"We just had our small family wedding at the property. The rooms are spacious, most with washrooms and showers, lots of outdoor space for activities. We enjoyed billiard pool, darts and karaoke for indoor activities. The private beach with the paddleboat, kayaks and canoe was awesome. Our family had a wonderful time!"

"We were looking for a location to just relax, enjoy and we found it here. The cosy cottage was perfect for us, we had a wonderful fire, toasted marshmallows and relaxed. .
