"Friendly staff, beautiful property, pool was a great addition because the beach is a walk (steep uphill back). Dinner was basic and I wouldn’t recommend unless you are in a pinch and need something close."

"The check in process was smooth and front desk staff was helpful. My room was clean and came with a free bottle of water. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel has a pool and outdoor bar. Food at the bar was just okay. It was difficult to get Ubers from Carvoeiro to Portimao and Praia da Rocha, so keep that in mind if that’s where you’re planning to spend most of your time."

"I booked this hotel last minute while driving from Aveiro and sent a message through Expedia to let the hotel know we’d be arriving late. Unfortunately, our rental car got a flat tire, and we were stranded for hours, finally arriving around 4:00 a.m. I also called the hotel using the tow truck driver’s phone, but no one answered.
Instead of showing any understanding, the staff was rude and dismissive. When I asked about my message and requested a slightly later checkout due to our late arrival,...

"Very good contact throughout with host ,the apartment was lovely but for us the location was fantastic right where you need to be but tucked away from street noise roof terrace lovely too it's really everything you need as a newcomer or repeat visitor ,top notch very much recommended. "
